Abstract
I especially want to thank all people who have helped and inspired me during my Diploma program. First and foremost, the writer is grateful to The Truly Savior, JESUS CHRIST who always blesses him with love, grace, and its shares every day. This report would not have been possible without the guidance and the help of several individuals who in one way or another contributed and extended their valuable assistance in the preparation and completion of this study. This report itself is based on the experience, knowledge, and insight that the writer had from the institution at which he performed his filed practice from May 2 2011 to June 30 th 2011. The institution is PT Elendra Tour and Travel, Bandar Lampung. This report is written as the partial fulfillment of English Profession in Teacher Training and Education Faculty of Lampung University.
