Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

The purpose of the research is to know (1) the influence of productive learning achievement toward the competency of soft vehicle technique skill, (2) the influence of industrial work practice achievement toward the competency of soft vehicle technique skill and (3) the the influence of productive learning achievement and industrial work practice toward the competency of soft vehicle technique skill. The method in this research was ex post facto with corerelation and regression technique. The place of the research was in SMK Bhakti Utama Bandar Lampung. The amount sample were 30 trainning participants of 113 trainning participants. The testing of the hypothesis used the product moment and multiple correlation. The results of the research showed that there is an influence productive learning achievement toward soft vehicle technique skill with a correlation coefficient (r) = 0.763 and a correlation coefficient of determination (r2) = 0.583; no effect on industrial work practice achievement toward the competence of soft vehicle technique skill with a correlation coefficient (r) = 0.632 and a correlation coefficient of determination (r2) = 0.399 and there is an influence of productive learning achievement and industrial work practice achievement toward soft vehicle technique skill with a correlation coefficient (r) = 0.841 and a correlation coefficient of determination (r2) = 0.707. Key words: productive learning, industrial work practice, soft vehicle technique Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh prestasi pembelajaran produktif terhadap kompetensi keahlian teknik kendaraan ringan, (2) pengaruh prestasi praktik kerja industri terhadap kompetensi keahlian teknik kendaraan ringan dan (3) pengaruh prestasi pembelajaran produktif dan prestasi praktik kerja industri terhadap kompetensi keahlian teknik kendaraan ringan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah ex post facto dengan tehnik korelasi dan regresi. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 peserta diklat dari 113 peserta diklat. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus product moment dan multiple correlation. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa ada pengaruh antara prestasi pembelajaran produktif terhadap kompetensi keahlian teknik kendaraan ringan dengan koefisien korelasi (r) = 0,763 dan nilai koefisien korelasi determinan (r2) = 0,583; tidak ada pengaruh antara prestasi praktik kerja industri terhadap kompetensi keahlian teknik kendaraan ringan dengan koefisien korelasi (r) = 0,632 dan nilai koefisien korelasi determinan (r2) = 0,399 dan ada pengaruh antara prestasi pembelajaran produktif dan prestasi praktik kerja industri terhadap kompetensi keahlian teknik kendaraan ringan dengan koefisien korelasi (r) = 0,841 dan nilai koefisien korelasi determinan (r2) = 0,707.
