Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui, menganalisis dan menghitung proyeksi kebutuhan kepala sekolah lima tahun kedepan sebagai akibat adanya kepala sekolah yang: (1) Berhenti atas permohonan sendiri; (2) Berakhir masa tugas sebagai kepala sekolah; (3) Sampai batas usia pensiun; (4) Promosi tugas/jabatan; (5) Mendapat hukuman disiplin; (6) Tidak memenuhi standar kinerja; (7) Berhalangan tetap; (8) Tugas belajar; dan (9) Meninggal dunia. Penelitian ini di lakukan di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Metode penelitian ini yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, dengan menggunakan studi Dokumentasi dan Wawancara. Simpulan hasil penelitian Proyeksi Kebutuhan Kepala Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Lampung Selatan berjumlah 10 orang untuk kurun waktu lima tahun ke depan. Kebutuhan kepala sekolah tersebut terdiri dari akibat adanya kepala sekolah yang: (1) Berhenti atas permohonan sendiri; (2) Berakhir masa tugas sebagai kepala sekolah; (3) Sampai batas usia pensiun; (4) Promosi tugas/jabatan; (5) Mendapat hukuman disiplin; (6) Tidak memenuhi standar kinerja; (7) Berhalangan tetap; (8) Tugas belajar; dan (9) Meninggal dunia. Kata Kunci: Kebutuhan Kepala Sekolah Dasar ABSTRAK DALAM BAHASA INGGRIS The purpose of this study was to determine, analyze and calculate the projected needs of principals for the next 2 years as a result of their principals: (1) Stop the request of its own; (2) Ended tenure as principal; (3) Until the retirement age; (4) Promotion of tasks / positions; (5) Got a disciplinary punishment; (6) Does not meet performance standards; (7) Remains incapacitated; (8) The task of learning; and (9) Died world. The research was done in South Lampung District Education Office. This research method used is kualitative descriptive research method, by using documentation studies and interviews. Based on the results of the study concluded, projection needs principal basic state Department of Education District South Lampung as many as 10 people for a period of two years. South Lampung District Education Office can analyze and calculate the projected needs of principals for the next 2 years as a result of their principals: (1) Stop the request of its own; (2) Ended tenure as principal; (3) Until the retirement age; (4) Promotion of tasks / positions; (5) Got a disciplinary punishment; (6) Does not meet performance standards; (7) Remains incapacitated; (8) The task of learning; and (9) Died world.
