Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Green grass jelly have potential as the raw material for the manufacture of sinbiotik drinks. besides containing pectin as substrate growth of lactic acid bacteria, extract green grass jelly contains antioxidant activity 44.38% (Anggraini, 2006). Based on the research results from Ardimansyah (2008), extract green grass jelly on mice liver levels of antioxidants did not different significantly with treatment mice fed standard. So it takes a vegetable or fruit that can increase the content of antioxidant. Fruits that contain antioxidants, easily obtained in Indonesia and also the price is cheap, including, guava with the antioxidant content 64.13% and pineapple juice contain the antioxidant activity 58.27%. however, it is not known the types of fruit juice and fruit juice concentrate that can produce the best characteristics that can reduce the status of antioxidant in mice liver. The purpose of the research is to determine the type and concentration of fruit juice that have the best sinbiotik caracteristics drinks and evaluate the influence of the best sinbiotik drinks to antioxidant status of liver mice. The experimental design to be used in the first phase research was Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) with 2 factors and 3 replications. The first factor is the type of juice that consists of two levels namely, red guava juice (G) and pineapple juice (N). The second factor is the concentration of the juice of five concentration levels, namely, 0% (1), 5% (2), 10% (3), 15% (4), and 20% (5). The data obtained were tested in similarity manifold with Bartlet test and additional test data by Tuckey test. then the data to be analized the variance to determine whether there is a difference between treatments. The data were analized further by the test Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT) at the level 5%. The second research (In Vivo Test) is the Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). The data obtained were tested in similarity manifold with Bartlet test and additional test data by Tuckey test. then the data to be analized the variance to determine whether there is a difference between treatments. The data were analized further by the test Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT) at the level 5%. Sinbiotik grass jelly drink with additional of guava juice 15% total produce of lactic acid bacteria 11.22 for log colonies / ml, pH values 3, 65, total of lactic acid 0.61% , the antioxidant activity of 77.11%, score of color 3.83 (like), score of the aroma 3.69 (like), the score of flavor 3.72 (like) and score of overall acceptance 3.74 (like), Whereas sinbiotik grass jelly drink with the addition of pineapple juice 15% produce of total lactic acid bacteria 11.23 for log colonies / ml, pH value of 3.51, total of lactic acid 0.60% , the activity of antioxidant 68.23%, score of color 3, 65 (like), score of aroma 3.56 (like), score of flavor 3.54 (like), and score of overall acceptance 3.50 (like). The best treatment is sinbiotik grass jelly drink were added guava juice 15%, because it has the higher value characteristics than the addition of 15% pineapple juice. Sinbiotik drinks that has the best characteristics is with additional kind of guava juice with additional of concentrate guava juice 15%. Total produce of lactic acid bacteria 11.22 for log colonies / ml, pH values 3. 65, total of lactic acid 0.61% , antioxidant activity 77.11%, score of color 3.83 (like), score of aroma 3.69 (like), score of flavor 3.72 (like), and score of overall acceptance 3.74 (like).MDA levels liver mice group treated with sinbiotik green grass jelly drink that addition of guava juice was not significantly different from the treatment group of sinbiotik green grass jelly drink distilled water control.
