ABSTRACT LEADERSHIP MASS IN ACTION MOBILIZING MASS (Case Study of Anti-Corruption Action Day 2011 By BEM U KBM Unila) by Juharis Muba Andreas Ginting Movement of students respond to different situations and conditions on the basis of moral awareness, intellectual responsibility, social service and political awareness. The student movement has always emerged as a pioneer and initiator of an uprising that sparked support and similar acts of political and social elements of other, sometimes in the escalating movement student movement eventually allied with elements of another power struggle until goal is reached. Movement capable students are able to turn a old system of government in power to a new system in accordance with the interests of society and the state, clearly illustrated the student movement as undermining the new order on the dictatorial regime of downy mildew May 1998 which changed with the new system in accordance with the expectations of society and state. The study uses a case study type of research is more focused this study on the leadership of the mass demonstration commemorating the anti-corruption day, kesinergisan action takes place and action leader in the ordinance commanding such a large mass, to be able to know how to mobilize the leadership of a communicator in a large mass. Demonstration of leadership in order to celebrate the anti-corruption worldwide on December 9, 2011 in Bandar Lampung was carried out which is the level of a local action, the action structure which is well established without a written memorendum or structure, because the structure of organizational communication is to be formed informal hose is formed only one day before and finished after the action took place so that there is a statment that the action of the existing structure is a structure of four-five hours. Leadership of the leadership actions were well received and arouse feelings of demonstrators, who delivered speeches highly evocative and moving the demonstrators. Keywords: Leadership, Action, Mobilization, Mass ABSTRAK KEPEMIMPINAN MASSA AKSI DALAM MEMOBILISASI MASSA (Studi Kasus Aksi Hari Anti Korupsi 2011 Oleh BEM UKBM Unila) Oleh Juharis Muba Andreas Ginting Gerakan mahasiswa merespon berbagai situasi dan kondisi tersebut atas dasar kesadaran moral, tanggung jawab intelektual, pengabdian sosial dan kepedulian politiknya. Gerakan mahasiswa selalu muncul sebagai pelopor dan inisiator dari sebuah aksi perlawanan yang memicu dukungan serta aksi-aksi sejenis dari unsur-unsur sosial politik lain, dalam eskalasi gerakan terkadang pergerakan mahasiswa akhirnya beraliansi dengan unsur-unsur kekuatan lain hingga tujuan perjuangan tercapai. Gerakan mampu mahasiswa mampu merubah suatu sistem lama dari pemerintahan yang berkuasa kepada sistem yang baru sesuai dengan kepentingan masyarakat dan negara, gerakan mahasiswa tergambar jelas saat meruntuhkan rezim diktator orde baru pada bulai mei 1998 yang berganti dengan sistem baru yang sesuai dengan harapan masyarakat dan negara. Penelitian menggunakan tipe penelitian studi kasus yang lebih memfokuskan penelitian ini pada kepemimpinan massa aksi demonstrasi memperingati hari anti korupsi, kesinergisan aksi yang berlangsung serta tata cara pemimpin aksi dalam mengomandoi massa yang begitu besar, untuk dapat mengetahui bagaimana kepemimpinan seorang komunikator dalam memobilisasi massa yang besar. Kepemimpinan aksi demonstrasi dalam rangka memperingati hari anti korupsi sedunia pada tanggal 9 Desember 2011 ini dilaksanakan di Bandar lampung yang merupakan tingkatan sebuah aksi lokal, struktur aksi yang sudah terbentuk dengan baik tanpa ada sebuah memorendum atau struktur tertulis, karena struktur komunikasi organisasi yang terbentuk ini bersifat informal yaitu hanya terbentuk selang satu hari sebelum dan selesai setelah aksi berlangsung sehingga ada sebuah statment bahwa struktur aksi yang ada merupakan struktur empat kali lima jam. Kepemimpinan dari pimpinan aksi dapat diterima dengan baik dan menggugah perasaan peserta aksi, orasi-orasi yang disampaikan sangat menggugah dan menggerakan peserta aksi.
