Abstract
ABSTRAK Peranan Otomatisasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Terhadap Efisiensi Kerja Karyawan pada CV. Multi Agro Sarana Bandar Lampung Oleh Adi Putra Kurniawan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari bagaimana peranan otomatisasi sistem informasi manajemen terhadap efisiensi kerja karyawan pada CV. Multi Agro Sarana Bandar Lampung yang merupakan salah satu perusahaan distributor pupuk terbesar di Bandar Lampung. Dengan menggunakan penelitian deskripsi dan metode kualitatif penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa otomatisasi sistem informasi manajemen di CV. Multi Agro Sarana Bandar Lampung memberikan hasil yang sangat signifikan dalam efisiensi dan efektifitas pekerjaan serta volume pekerjaan. CV. Multi Agro Sarana Bandar Lampung sebaiknya meningkatkan ketrampilan dari karyawannya untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan sistem informasi manajemen yang sudah otomatis. Kata Kunci : Otomatisasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen, operasional kerja, efisiensi kerja ABSTRACT The Role Of Automation System Information Management Against Work Efficiency Of Employees On CV. Multi Agro Sarana Bandar Lampung By Adi Putra Kurniawan This research aims to study how the role of automation of management information systems on the efficiency of employees working on the CV. Multi Agro Sarana that is one of the largest fertilizer distributors in Bandar Lampung By using qualitative methods of research and description of this study indicate that the automation of management information system in CV. Multi Agro Sarana Bandar Lampung provide very significant results in efficiency and effectiveness of work and the volume of work Suggested that all the human resources in CV. Multi Agro Sarana skill adjust themselves to modern technologi used in order to optimal the autpmation of management information system in CV.
