Abstract
ABSTRACT RELATIONSHIP ACHIEVEMENT MOTIVATION, ACADEMIC SUPERVISION, MASTERY OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY WITH TEACHERS’ JOB SATISFACTION OF SMK NEGERI OF RSBI IN BANDAR LAMPUNG By Netty Problems of this research are whether : (1) job satisfaction of teachers’ SMK Negeri RSBI in Bandar Lampung, (2) achievement motivation of teachers’ SMK Negeri RSBI in Bandar Lampung, (3) the principal academic supervision SMK Negeri RSBI in Bandar Lampung, (4) mastery of information and communication technology of teachers’ SMK Negeri RSBI in Bandar Lampung. The purpose of this research is to analyze : 1) The relationship of achievement motivation, with job satisfaction of teachers’ SMK Negeri RSBI in Bandar Lampung, 2) The relationship academic supervision with job satisfaction, 3) The relationship mastery information and communication technology with job satisfaction, 4) The relationship of achievement motivation, academic supervision, mastery information and communication technology with job satisfaction of teachers’ SMK Negeri RSBI in Bandar Lampung. This research is descriptive quantitative research with correlation techniques, this study population were all teachers’ SMK Negeri RSBI in Bandar Lampung.Totaling 232 people the status of Civil Servants, the total of 147 samples were taken using the formula Slovin. The variables studied were the achievement motivation (X1), academic supervision (X2), mastery of information and communication technology (X3), with job satisfaction (Y). Data collection using the questionnaire and documentation as for data analysis using product-moment correlation SPSS version 17.00. The results conclude that: 1) there is a significant relationship between achievement motivation with job satisfaction of teachers’ SMK Negeri RSBI in Bandar Lampung. 2) there is a significant relationship between academic supervision with job satisfaction of teachers’ SMK Negeri RSBI in Bandar Lampung. 3) there is a significant relationship between mastery of information and communication technology with job satisfaction of teachers’ SMK Negeri RSBI in Bandar Lampung, 4) there is a significant relationship achievement motivation, academic supervision, mastery of information and communication technology together with job satisfaction of teachers’ SMK Negeri RSBI in Bandar Lampung.
