Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan CV. Basic Group Computer dengan menggunakan business model canvas. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, jenis penelitian deskriptif ini menggunakan informan sebagai subjek penelitian yaitu pemilik perusahaan CV. Basic Group Computer. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Business Model Canvas dapat digunakan dengan baik oleh CV. Basic Group Computer. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan desain Business Model Canvas yang dibuat peneliti untuk memetakan aktivitas perusahaan kedalam model tersebut. Selain itu, hasil penelian ini juga menunjukkan nilai omzet yang mampu diperoleh, nilai laba yang dihasilkan dan total aset yang dimiliki oleh CV. Basic Group Computer. Sehingga peneliti dapat menilai bahwa bisnis yang dijalankan CV. Basic Group Computer layak untuk terus dilakukan. The purpose of this study is to find out the advisability of CV. Group Computer with using business model canvas. Using the qualitative aproachment, this descriptive study used informant as subject that is the CV. Basic Group Computer owner. Data collection techniques that used on this study are observation, interview, and documentation. The results show that Business Model Canvas could be used by CV. Basic Group Computer very well. it is proven by design of Business Model Canvas that I Created for mapping the company activities on that model. Besides that, the results also show the revenue are able to obtained, profit are able to gained dan assets CV. Basic Group Computer. So that I can appreciate that the business that run by CV. Basic Group Computer is advisable to continue to do.
