Abstract
ABSTRAK Analisis sistem pentanahan pada gedung Unit Pelaksana Teknis Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi Universitas Lampung (UPT TIK UNILA), menyesuaikan dengan penggunaan ruang gedung, sistem pentanahan dan perkembangan teknologi sistem pentanahan yang ada pada saat ini. Dilakukan pengambilan data guna referensi dan perhitungan sistem pentanahan. Dari data dan perhitungan tersebut ditentukan nilai tahanan jenis tanah dan komponen sistem pentanahan yang sesuai dan diperlukan. Tahapan yang dilakukan antara lain pengumpulan data curah hujan, data gedung, dan data pentanahan. Selanjutnya dilakukan perhitungan guna mengetahui tingkat kebutuhan sistem pentanahan, sistem pentanahan yang sesuai, serta penentuan komponen sistem pentanahan yang akan digunakan. Diperhitungkan juga biaya dari komponen – komponen sistem pentanahan yang kan dipasang. Hasil penelitian pada gedung UPT TIK UNILA membutuhkan sistem pentanahan eksternal ditentukan menggunakan sistem pentanahan eksternal sistem franklin dengan batang pentanahan paralel. Kata Kunci : Sistem Pentanahan, Komponen Sistem Pentanahan, UPT TIK UNILA ABSTRACT Analysis of grounding system in the building at Unit Service Technic Technology Information and Communication University of Lampung (UPT TIK UNILA), adapted with the application of building space, grounding system and grounding systems technology at now. Data collection used to reference and calculation of grounding systems. From data and calculation can find the value of soil resistivity, grounding system components needed. Procedure performed by collection of rainfall data, building data, and grounding data. After that, calculated data to find the level of grounding system needed, grounding system appropriate, and calculated the grounding system components that will be used. Also take cost of components that the grounding system will be installed. Results of research at UPT TIK UNILA require external grounding system who determined using the external grounding system with franklin system and parallel grounding rod.
