Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Salah satu hal terpenting dalam pencapaian tujuan organisasi adalah kinerja dari organisasi tersebut. Kinerja sendiri dalam organisasi dapat di ukur dengan adanya sumber daya yang mendukung. Dinas pekerjaan umum salah satu organisasi publik yang berfungsi melakukan perbaikan dan pembangunan jalan memiliki tanggung jawab dalam hal kinerjanya terutama pada pembangunan infrastruktur jalan. Hal tersebut yang menjadi titik berat dalam penelitian ini yaitu pada Kinerja Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat dalam mewujudkan pembangunan infrastruktur jalan. Peneliti menggunakan beberapa indikator kinerja birokrasi publik milik dwiyanto dalam menganalisis masalah ini. Jenis penelitian ini penelitian desktiptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Dalam penelitian diketahui bahwa Kinerja Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat dalam mewujudkan pembangunan infrastruktur jalan sudah cukup baik dilihat dari segi produktivitanya, meskipun dalam segi input masih ada kendala pada kekurangan dana, sarana dan prasaran dan pegawai. Pada segi responsivitas, Dinas pekerjaan umum kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat cukup responsif dalam menanggapi kebutuhan masyarakat. Dalam segi responsibilitas juga sudah sangat baik yaitu Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat sudah sesuai dengan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) dalam menjalankan pembangunan jalan; serta pada segi akuntabilitas secara umum sudah akuntabel terhadap apa yang menjadi tanggung jawab Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat serta apa yang menjadi hak dan kewajiban masyarakat Tulang Bawang Barat. Department of public works one public organization that works to repair and construction of roads has a responsibility in terms of performance, especially in the construction of road infrastructure. It is the emphasis in this research that the Department of Public Works performance West Tulang Bawang in realizing the construction of road infrastructure. Researchers used several performance indicators belonging Dwiyanto public bureaucracy in analyzing this problem. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. In a research is known that the Public Works Department performance West Tulang Bawang in realizing the construction of road infrastructure is good enough in terms of productivity, although in terms of input there are still obstacles to the shortage of funds, facilities and infrastructure and employees. In the terms of responsiveness, the Department of Public Works West Tulang Bawang district responsive in responding to society needs. In terms of responsibility has also been very good, that the Public Works Department West Tulang Bawang are in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in running development road ; as well as in terms of accountability in general are already accountable to what is the responsibility of the Public Works Department West Tulang Bawang and what the rights and obligations of West Tulang Bawang’s society.
