Abstract

ABSTRAK INDONESIA Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil belajar IPS Terpadu yang rendah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional, Lingkungan Belajar di Sekolah, dan Perhatian Orang Tua Terhadap Hasil Belajar IPS Terpadu Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 4 Padangcermin Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 183 siswa. Sampel yang diperoleh adalah 126 siswa dengan menggunakan rumus T Yamane dan teknik sampel yaitu simple random sampling. Data yang terkumpul melalui angket dan observasi. Pengujian hipotesis pertama, kedua, dan ketiga menggunakan rumus regresi linier sederhana sedangkan pengujian hipotesis keempat menggunakan rumus regresi linier multipel. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: (1) Terdapat pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 4 Padangcermin Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015. (2) ) Terdapat pengaruh lingkungan belajar di sekolah terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 4 Padangcermin Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015. (3) Terdapat pengaruh perhatian orang tua terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 4 Padangcermin Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015. (4) Terdapat pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, lingkungan belajar di sekolah, dan perhatian orang tua terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 4 Padangcermin Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015. Kata kunci: kecerdasan emosional, lingkungan belajar di sekolah, hasil belajar, dan perhatian orang tua. ABSTRAK INGGRIS This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes Social Studies. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, learning environment in school, and parents concern on learning outcomes Social Studies class VIII SMP Negeri 4 Padangcermin academic year 2014/2015. The method used in this research is descriptive approach verification ex post facto and surveys. The population in this study amounted were 183 students. The samples obtained were 126 students by using the formula T Yamane and sampling technique is simple random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and observation. Hypothesis testing first, second, and third using simple linear regression formula while the fourth hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression formula. Based on the analysis of data obtained as follows: (1) There is influence of emotional intelligence on the learning outcomes Social Studies class VIII SMP Negeri 4 Padangcermin academic year 2014/2015. (2) There is influence of learning environment in school on learning outcomes Social Studies class VIII SMP Negeri 4 Padangcermin academic year 2014/2015. (3) There is influence of parents concern on learning outcomes Social Studies class VIII SMP Negeri 4 Padangcermin academic year 2014/2015. (4) There is influence of emotional intelligence, learning environment in school, and parents concern on learning outcomes Social Studies class VIII SMP Negeri 4 Padangcermin academic year 2014/2015.
