Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
ABSTRAK INDONESIA Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penghasilan suami, usia, dan jumlah tanggungan keluarga terhadap produktivitas pedagang sayur wanita yang berada di Pasar Kopindo Kota Metro. Produktivitas dalam penelitian ini diukur dengan membandingkan pendapatan pedagang dengan Upah Minimum Regional (UMR) Kota Metro. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuisioner dan wawancara langsung kepada 54 responden. Pengambilan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dan teknik sampel yang digunakan yaitu random sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu metode regresi logistik biner. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel penghasilan suami tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas, sedangkan faktor yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas yaitu usia dan jumlah tanggungan keluarga. Kata Kunci : Produktivitas, Penghasilan Suami, Usia, dan Jumlah Tanggungan Keluarga ABTRAK INGGRIS This research aimed to analyze the effect of the husband’s income, age, and the amount of family burden on productivity of female vegetable seller in the Kopindo’s market Metro city. Productivity in this research was measured by comparing the seller’s income with the local minimum wage (UMR) of Metro city.This research uses primary data obtained from questionnaires and interviews to 54 respondents. Collecting data used slovin formula and collecting technique data used random sampling.The method of analysis used binary logistic regression. The results of this research showed the variable husband’s income not significant effect for productivity, while the factors of productivity were the ages and the amount of family burden.is significant.
