Abstract
Lampung University is one of state college in Indonesia which has the varying information systems that have been applied to support the educational process in it. Those information system was implemented in a website which can be accessed by intentional users, for the information effort to be spread widely. For the wider dispersed information, it is needed to developt another dispersion alternative such as off-line application. This research is aimed at programming and developing identification application of Lampung University in Android-based mobile smartphone and PC tablet and giving alternatives for information media. Smartphone and PC Tablet of Android were chosen as the application development bases due to the consideration of the high use level of those technologies. The results of system experiment indicate that identification application of Lampung University can be runned in Android operating system of varying versions and perform general informations of Lampung University well.
