Abstrak
Dalam Keluarga Berencana, masalah utama yang dihadapi saat ini adalah rendahnya partisipasi laki-laki dalam pelaksanaan program KB dan Kesehatan Reproduksi. Hal ini tercermin dari data pelaksanaan program KB Kabupaten Lampung Tengah bahwa presentase partisipasi pria dalam program Keluarga Berencana masih rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan partisipasi pria dalam Keluarga Berencana di Kecamatan Punggur Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Jenis penelitian yang ini adalah eksplanatori dengan metode penelitian survei terhadap 146 pria Pasangan Usia Subur. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik sampling Simple Random Sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara umur (r = 0.192), jumlah anak yang dimiliki (r = 0.179), pendapatan keluarga (r = -0.191), pengetahuan tentang KB (r = 0.389), sikap terhadap KB (r = 0.604), motivasi suami ikut KB (r = 0.847), akses pelayanan KB (r = 0.369), kualitas pelayanan KB (r = 0.744) dengan partisipasi pria dalam Keluarga Berencana. Akan tetapi tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara tahun pendidikan dengan partisipasi pria dalam Keluarga Berencana (r = -0.147). Kata kunci : Jumlah anak, pendapatan keluarga, pengetahuan tentang KB. Abstract Bahasa Inggris In Family Planning, the main problem that we face in this time is the low of men's participation in Family Planning program and Reproductive Health. This is reflected in the implementation of Family Planning programs from the data Central Lampung regency that men’s participation percentage in Family Planning is still low. Aim of this research was to determine factors that relating to Men's participation in Family Planning in Punggur District of Central Lampung regency. Type of this research was eksplanatori with survey research method towards 146 fertile age pair men. Sample was carried out with Simple Random Sampling. The result of research showed that have significant relationship between age (r = 0.192), number of children (r = 0.179), family income (r = -0.191), knowledge of Family Planning (r = 0.389), attitude towards Family Planning (r = 0.604), husband motivation come Family Planning (r = 0.847), access to Family Planning services (r = 0.369), quality to Family Planning services (r = 0.744) with men's participation in Family Planning. But there was no significant correlation between education years with men's participation in Family Planning (r = -0.147). Keywords: Number of children, family income, knowledge of Family Planning
