Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi seberapa baik implementasi kurikulum Program Diploma III Keperawatan berbasis kompetensi tentang perencanaan program pada pengembangan kurikulum, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan pencapaian kompetensi pada hasil belajar mahasiswa Jurusan Keperawatan Politeknik Kesehatan Kementerian Kesehatan Tanjungkarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian evaluasi dengan Goal Oriented Evaluation Model atau penelitian yang berorientasi kepada tujuan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini meliputi seluruh dosen Jurusan Keperawatan yang berjumlah 42 orang. Variabel penelitian ini adalah perencanaan program pada pengembangan kurikulum, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan pencapaian kompetensi mahasiswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian adalah (1) perencanaan program pada pengembangan kurikulum berbasis kompetensi “baik”, (2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran “baik”, (3) pencapaian kompetensi pada hasil belajar mahasiswa “baik sekali”. Kata kunci: evaluasi, tujuan, kurikulum, kompetensi, keperawatan.   This study aimed to gain insight how well the implementation of the Diploma Nursing Program curriculum competency-based program planning in curriculum development, implementation of learning, and the achievement of competence in the learning outcomes of students of Department of Nursing Polytechnic Tanjungkarang Ministry of Health. The study used a research evaluation of the Goal Oriented Evaluation Model or research-oriented goals. Subjects in this study included all nursing lecturer totaling 42 people. The variables of this research is the development of curriculum planning, implementation of learning, competence and student achievement. Methods for collecting data using questionnaires, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed by descriptive quantitative research. The results of the study are (1) planning on developing a competency-based curriculum "good", (2) the implementation of learning "good", (3) the achievement of competence in student learning outcomes " well once ".
