Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Perkembangan E-Government mengalami perkembangan yang stagnan. EGovernment hanya dipandang sebagai proyek yang harus diikuti dan menjadi trend pemerintahan. Kota Bandar Lampung sebagai Ibukota Propinsi Lampung sendiri telah menerapkan beberapa pelayanan melalui E-Government seperti LPSE Bandar Lampung dan juga Sistem Informasi Rencana Umum Pengadaan (SIRUP) Bandar Lampung namun juga salah satunya yaitu yang terdapat pada Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika kota Bandar Lampung yaitu SIDALMENTEL ( Sistem Informasi Pengendalian Menara Telekomunikasi ). SIDALMENTEL menjadi sangat penting bagi Bandarlampung karena dengan adanya sistem ini membuat pembatasan dan pengelolaan pendirian menara telekomunikasi ini menjadi baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan metode kualitatif, fokus penelitian ini menggunakan konsep Indrajit bahwa terdapat indikator penting dalam penerapan e-government yaitu data infrastruktur, infrastruktur legal, infrastruktur institusional, infrastruktur manusia, infrastruktur teknologi, dan strategi pemikiran pemimpin. Sedangkan lokasi penelitian berada di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Bandarlampung. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah SIDALMENTEL di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Bandarlampung ini masuk kedalam Government to Business (G2B), kekurangan dalam menghimpun, mengupdate dan mengamankan data pada SIDALMENTEL, belum adanya kerjasama antar lembaga, kekurangan personil atau pegawai untuk mengelola SIDALMENTEL, tidak ada pelatihan pada pengelola SIDALMENTEL, tidak adanya komputer khusus untuk mengelola SIDALMENTEL. Kata Kunci : E-Government, SIDALMENTEL ABSTRAK BAHASA INGGRIS The development of E-Government experiencing stagnant growth. E-Government is only seen as a project that should be followed and a trend of government. Bandar Lampung city as the capital of Lampung province itself has implemented several services through E-Government as LPSE Bandar Lampung and Information Systems General Plan Procurement (Syrup) Bandar Lampung, but also one that is contained in the Communications and Information Agency of Bandar Lampung is SIDALMENTEL ( Telecommunication Tower Control Information System). SIDALMENTEL become very important for Bandarlampung because with this system create restrictions and management of telecommunications tower construction is to be good. This research uses descriptive type with qualitative method approach, the focus of this research uses the concept of Indrajit that there are important indicators in the implementation of e-government is the data infrastructure, legal infrastructure, institutional infrastructure, human infrastructure, technology infrastructure, and strategic thought leaders. While the study site is located in the Office of Communications and Information Bandarlampung. Results from this study is SIDALMENTEL in the Office of Communications and Information Bandarlampung it into Government to Business (G2B), deficiencies in collecting, updating and securing data on SIDALMENTEL, the lack of cooperation among institutions, lack of personnel or employees to manage SIDALMENTEL, no SIDALMENTEL training manager, the absence of a special computer to manage SIDALMENTEL.
