Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui penyebab kemacetan lalu lintas pada ruas jalan R. A Kartini dan solusi penangannya. Dalam penelitian ini, data yang diperoleh dihitung dengan menggunakan cara manual kapasitas jalan indonesia (MKJI 1997) untuk jalan perkotaan. Data yang diperoleh dibuat grafik arus lalu lintas per 10 menit. Dari hasil penelitian, volume lalu lintas tertinggi dalam 1 minggu terjadi pada hari Rabu, 16 September 2015 terjadi pada pukul 16.00-17.00 yaitu sebesar 3993 smp/jam arah menuju persimpangan Jl. Imam Bonjol. Pada periode waktu tersebut aktivitas wilayah pertokoan sedang ramai serta waktu bertepatan dengan waktu pulang kantor sehingga jumlah kendaraan bertambah banyak dan termasuk kedalam tingkat pelayanan E. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa arus kendaraan tidak stabil. Volume lalu lintas terendah dalam 1 minggu terjadi pada hari Rabu, 16 September 2015 terjadi pada Senen, 14 September pukul 11.30-12.30 WIB yaitu sebesar 2327 smp/jam, hal ini disebabkan pada periode waktu tersebut volume kendaraan cenderung berkurang dikarenakan sedikitnya aktivitas yang terjadi di arah menuju persimpangan Jl. Imam Bonjol dan termasuk dalam tingkat pelayanan C. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa arus kendaraan stabil. Untuk kelas hambatan samping per 100 meter sepanjang ruas jalan R.A Kartini didapat total bobot 932-2025 maka kelas hambatan samping dikatagorikan sangat tinggi (VH). Kata kunci : Kemacetan, Volume Lalu Lintas, Hambatan Samping. ABSTRAK BAHASA INGGRIS This research was conducted to study and know the analysis of the causes of traffic congestion on the road R. A Kartini and handling solutions. This study uses two kinds of data, primary data and secondary data. The primary data required in this study is the traffic volume, vehicle speed, and the side barriers. In this study, the data obtained is calculated by using the manual method the capacity of Indonesia (MKJI 1997) for urban roads. The data obtained were graphedtraffic flow per 10 minutes. From the research, the highest traffic volume in one week occurred on Wednesday, September 16, 2015 occurred at 16:00 to 17:00 in the amount of 3993 smp/ hour direction toward the intersection of Jl. Imam Bonjol. At this time period the bustling shopping area of activity as well as a home office so that the number of vehicles increased a lot, and service level E. It indicates that the current unstable vehicle. Lowest traffic volume in one week occurred on Wednesday, September 16, 2015 occurred on Monday, September 14 at 11:30 to 12:30 pm in the amount of 2327 smp / hour, this is due to the time period the volume of vehicles tend to be reduced due to at least activity occurring in direction toward the intersection of Jl. Imam Bonjol and service level C. This indicates that the current stable of vehicles. For the class of 100 meters per side barriers along the roads of RA Kartini obtained total weight of the class barriers 932-2025 categorized alongside very high (VH).
