Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) untuk mengembangkan program analisis soal berbasis komputer yang dapat membantu pendidik dalam melakukan analisis soal. (2) untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan program analisis soal berbasis komputer dalam melakukan analisis soal. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan 7 langkah penelitian dan pengembangan yang diadaptasi dari model R&D Cycle Borg and Gall, yaitu: penelitian dan pengumpulan data awal, perencanaan, perancangan produk awal, uji coba produk awal, perbaikan produk awal, uji coba lapangan dan revisi produk operasional. Perancangan produk dilakukan dengan 4 langkah model pengembangan system life cycle (SLC), yaitu perencanaan, analisis, rancangan dan penerapan. Produk kemudian dievaluasi oleh teman sejawat, ahli sistem informasi dan ahli evaluasi serta telah dilakukan uji coba produk pada 10 sekolah SMP dan SMA. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisis dengan analisis kualitatif dan uji-t statistik. Kesimpulan penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah (1) menghasilkan sebuah produk kreasi dan inovasi berupa software analisis soal “Simpel PAS”. Program ini memiliki keunggulan dalam kecepatan kerja, kepraktisan, cakupan layanan yang lengkap, ketajaman interpretasi hasil analisis dan dilengkapi dengan referensi, petunjuk penggunaan dan tutorial program. Fasilitas layanan yang diberikan antara lain: tabulasi data, daftar nilai, analisis daya serap, ketuntasan kompetensi, daya beda soal, tingkat kesukaran, efektivitas pengecoh, kualitas soal, reliabilitas dan validitas serta fasilitas pembuatan grafik hasil analisis (2) Simpel PAS lebih efektif dari program yang sudah ada dilihat dari kecepatan kerja, produktivitas, kenyamanan kerja, kemudahan penggunaan, kecukupan analisis, kemudahan interpretasi hasil analisis, dengan skor rata-rata efektivitas Simpel PAS 89% dan produk lain 71% artinya . Dikuatkan dengan uji statistik dengan uji-t pihak kanan diperoleh t hitung = 14,02 dan ttabel = 1,76. Karena t hitung > t tabel maka menolak hipotesis nol dan menerima hipotesis alternatif yang menyatakan bahwa program Simpel PAS lebih baik dari program analisis lain dalam membantu pendidik melakukan analisis dengan mudah. Kata Kunci : Software Analisis Soal Abstract The aims of this research are (1) to develop item analysis program computer based which can help teacher in conducting item analysis; (2) to know the effectiveness ofusing computer based item analysis program using in conducting item analysis. This research was done through 7 steps of research and development which was adapted from R & D Cycle Borg and Gall model, there are research and information collecting, planning, develop preliminary product, preliminary field testing, preliminary product revision, main field testing, and operational product revision. Product design was done through 4 steps system life cycle (SLC) development model, namely planning, analysis, plan and application. Products were evaluated by colleague evaluation, information system experts and evaluation expert and product testing has been carried out at 10 junior school and senior high school. The data taken were then analyzed by using qualitative analysis and statistical t-test. The conclusions of this research and development are (1) to produce a creation and innovation product in form of item analysis software "Simpel PAS". This program has the advantages in operating speed, practical, comprehensive coverage, the sharpness of analysis result interpretation and is equipped with a reference, user guide and tutorial program. The facilities provided are: tabulation of data, table ofscore, analysis of absorptive capacity, completeness competence, item differ power, difficulty level, the effectiveness of humbug, item quality, the reliability and validity as well as graphing the results of analysis; (2) Simpel PAS is more effective than the existing products, it can be seen from the operating speed, productivity, working comfortness, user friendly, analysis completeness, ease of analysis result interpretation, with effectiveness average score 89% and other product 71% it means . It is strengthen with the results of statistical test with t-test of right side obtained tcount = 14,02 and ttable = 1,76. Because tcount > ttable therefore it refuses zero hypothesis and accepts alternative hypothesis which expresses that Simpel PAS program is better than any other program to assist educator in conducting analysis easily.
