Program Konversi Minyak Tanah Ke LPG merupakan salah satu program pemerintah dalam rangka menjamin penyediaan dan pengadaan bahan bakar dalam negeri. Program ini secara khusus juga dimaksudkan untuk mengurangi subsidi BBM guna meringankan beban keuangan negara melalui pengurangan penggunaan minyak tanah. Program ini diimplementasikan dengan membagikan paket tabung LPG beserta isinya, kompor gas dan aksessorisnya kepada rumah tangga dan usaha mikro pengguna minyak tanah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Program Konversi Minyak Tanah ke LPG terhadap peningkatan pendapatan usaha mikro di Kecamatan Gedong Tataan Kabupaten Pesawaran. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah setelah Program Konversi Minyak Tanah ke LPG berpengaruh nyata terhadap peningkatan pendapatan usaha mikro di Kecamatan Gedong Tataan Kabupaten Pesawaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif. Yaitu analisis tabel yang digunakan untuk mengetahui tanggapan dari usaha mikro mengenai Program Konversi Minyak Tanah ke LPG dan melakukan uji perbedaan dua rata-rata untuk mengetahui perubahan tingkat pendapatan usaha mikro antara sebelum dan sesudah adanya Program Konversi Minyak Tanah ke LPG. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan usaha mikro penerima Program Konversi Minyak Tanah ke LPG di Kecamatan Gedong Tataan Kabupaten Pesawaran yang berjumlah 171 usaha mikro. Jumlah sampel adalah sebanyak 63 responden dari keseluruhan populasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil dari uji perbedaan dua rata-rata diketahui nilai z hitung (2,412) > t tabel (1,6676) sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berarti terjadi peningkatan pendapatan rata-rata usaha mikro antara sesudah dan sebelum Program Konversi Minyak Tanah ke LPG di Kecamatan Gedong Tataan Kabupaten Pesawaran. Setelah adanya program ini dan usaha mikro menggunakan kompor gas dapat meningkatkan pendapatan ratarata 31,93% perhari. Selain itu Program Konversi Minyak Tanah ke LPG juga memberikan manfaat lain yaitu dengan menggunakan kompor gas memasak menjadi lebih hemat, cepat dan bersih dibandingkan menggunakan kompor minyak tanah. Abstract Conversion Program Into Kerosene LPG is one of government programs in order to ensure the provision and procurement of domestic fuel. This program also specifically intended to reduce fuel subsidies in order to relieve the burden on state finances through reduced use of kerosene. The program is implemented by distributing packets of LPG cylinders and its contents, gas stove and accessories to households and micro-enterprises and kerosene users. This study aimed to investigate the influence Conversion Program Kerosene to LPG to increase revenues in the District of micro Gedong Tataan Pesawaran District. The hypothesis is that after the program Kerosene to LPG Conversion significant effect on revenue growth of micro businesses in the District of Gedong Tataan Pesawaran District. The method used is descriptive research method. Table analysis is used to determine the response of micro-enterprises regarding Conversion Program Kerosene to LPG and to test the difference of two averages to determine the change of micro-level of revenues between before and after the Conversion Program Kerosene to LPG. The population in this study is the overall micro receiver Conversion Program Kerosene to LPG in the district Gedong Tataan Pesawaran County totaling 171 micro-enterprises. The samples are as many as 63 respondents from the overall population. Based on the results of this study concluded that the results of the test the average difference of two known to calculate the z value (2.412)> t table (1.6676) so that H0 is rejected and Ha received significant increase in average incomes between the post and micro enterprises before the program Kerosene to LPG Conversion in District Gedong Tataan Pesawaran District. Once this program and micro-enterprises using a gas stove can increase average revenue per day 31 .93%. Moreover Conversion Program Kerosene to LPG also provides other benefits that is by using a gas stove cooking becomes more efficient, faster and cleaner than using kerosene stoves.
