Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Abstract The aim of research is to see the relationship between: 1) work motivation and staff ability, 2) leadership and staff ability, 3) educational networking and staff ability, and 4) work motivation, leadership, and educational networking work together to staff ability in educational agent Bandar Lampung. The research used corelational quantitative appropriation. The respondents are all of staffs of educational agent Bandar Lampung. The sample is using stratified proposional random sampling technique in 50% out of 115 staffs; this would be 60 people out of them. The research output is to get: 1) work motivation and staff ability have positive relationship with correlation coefision 0,747; 2) leadership has positive relationship with correlation coefision 0,534; 3) using educational networking facility has positive relationship with correlation coefision 0,847.
