Abstrak

Obesitas merupakan kondisi terjadinya akumulasi lemak berlebih, yang diakibatkan oleh interaksi faktor genetik dan lingkungan. Pada penderita obesitas dijumpai kondisi dislipidemia yang merupakan keadaan dimana terjadi peningkatan kadar kolesterol LDL, kolesterol total, dan Trigliserida serta penurunan kadar kolesterol HDL. Dislipidemia merupakan faktor resiko untuk timbulnya penyakit metabolik maupun penyakit kardiovaskular. Tempe merupakan olahan yang berasal dari fermentasi kacang kedelai dengan bantuan kapang Rhizopus oligosporus, Rhizopus oryzae. Pada tempe terdapat isoflavon yang merupakan antioksidan. Proses fermentasi dan pengaktivan faktor II (6,7,4’ tri hidroksil isoflavon) menjadikan kandungan Isoflavon tempe menjadi antioksidan terkuat yang mampu menormalkan fraksi lemak darah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian tempe terhadap fraksi lemak darah mencit obesitas. Pada penelitian ini, 20 ekor mencit jantan (Mus musculus l) galur DDY berusia 6-12 minggu. Mencit dibagi dalam 4 kelompok terdiri dari kontrol normal, kontrol obesitas, dan 2 kelompok perlakuan kemudian diberi perlakuan selama 28 hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terjadi perubahan fraksi lemak darah setelah diberi tempe. Dosis 2 gr/hari dengan nilai rata-rata 190,60 ± 8,204 mg/dl (p=0,000) pada kolesterol total, 144,60 ± 13,483 mg/dl (p=0,000) pada kolesterol LDL, 131,60 ± 11,971 mg/dl (p=0,000) pada trigliserida dan 72,40 ± 10,550 mg/dl (p=0,009) pada kolesterol HDL. Dosis 4 gr/hari memiliki nilai rata-rata 184,20 ± 12,337 mg/dl (p=0,000) untuk kolesterol total, 123,00 ±12,309 mg/dl (p=0,000) untuk kolesterol LDL, 112,20 ± 13,424 mg/dl (p=0,000) untuk trigliserida, dan 77,20 ± 10,849 mg/dl (p=0,009) untuk kolesterol HDL. Terdapat pengaruh pemberian tempe terhadap fraksi lemak darah mencit obesitas. Kata Kunci: Obesitas, Dislipidemia, Fraksi Lemak Darah, Tempe, Isoflavon. ABSTRAK BAHASA INGGRIS Obesity is a condition where the lipid accumulation is over than the usual, which cause of genetical factor and environtment interaction. from the obesity patient found disilipidemia condition which is a condition where there are increase on LDL cholesterol value, total cholesterol, and Trigliserida. And also decrease on HDL cholesterol value. Dislipidemia is a risk factor for metabolic disease even cardiovascular disease to come. Tempe is a food which come from soybean fermentation with a help from Rhizopus oligosporus, Rhizopus oryzae. Inside of tempe consist of isoflavon which is an antioxidant. Fermentation process and factor II activation (6,7,4’ tri hidroxil isoflavon) makes the tempe isoflavon components becomes the strongest antioxidant which can normalize the blood lipid fraction. The goal of this research is to knows the effect of tempe against blood lipid fraction mice obesity. At this research, 20 male Mice (mus musculus l) DDY furrow age 6-12 weeks. The mice divided into 4 groups which consist of normal control group, obesity control group , and 2 treatment groups. Then, all of it being treated for 28 days long.
