Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
ABSTRAK Diabetes mellitus (DM) merupakan salah satu penyakit kronis yang masih menjadi masalah utama dalam dunia kesehatan. Pada wanita penderita diabetes baru-baru ini diteliti dan menunjukkan bahwa wanita dengan diabetes mengalami peningkatan risiko untuk terjadinya disfungsi seksual. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara durasi DM tipe 2 dengan kejadian disfungsi seksual pada wanita di RS Natar Medika Lampung. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian dengan pendekatan cross sectional, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling dan memiliki 42 responden. Pada hasil penelitian, hasil uji statistic diperoleh p value sebesar 0,002. Berdasarkan kriteria uji Chi Square dapat dilihat bahwa p value < a (a <0,005), dengan demikian Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, sehingga dapat diartikan bahwa durasi diabetes yang lebih panjang dapat mengakibatkan kejadian disfungsi seksual pada wanita di RS Natar Medika Lampung. Pada korelasi spearman didapatkan kekuatan sebesar 0.483 yang mengartikan bahwa kekuatan penelitian sedang (0,41-0,60) dan arah hubungannya positif yang mengartikan semakin tinggi durasi DM semakin tinggi kejadian disfungsi seksual pada wanita. Kata kunci : Durasi Diabetes, Diabetes Mellitus tipe 2, Disfungsi Seksual Wanita ABSTRACT Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a chronic disease that is still a major problem in the world of health. In women with diabetes have recently studied and demonstrated that women with diabetes are at increased risk for sexual dysfunction. Purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between the duration of diabetes mellitus type 2 with the incidence of sexual dysfunction in women in RS Medika Lampung Natar. This research is a cross sectional approach, this study using total sampling technique and had 42 respondents. In the research, the statistical test results obtained p value of 0.002. Based on Chi Square test criteria can be seen that the p value <a (a <0.005), so Ho rejected and Ha accepted, so it can be interpreted that a longer duration of diabetes may lead to the incidence of sexual dysfunction in women in RS Medika Lampung Natar. Spearman correlation obtained on the strength of 0483 which means that the power of the study were (0.41 to 0.60) and the direction of the positive relationship that defines the higher duration of diabetes the higher incidence of sexual dysfunction in women.
