ABSTRAK Disfungsi seksual pada wanita merupakan masalah kesehatan reproduksi yang penting karena berhubungan dengan kelangsungan fungsi reproduksi seorang wanita dan berpengaruh besar terhadap keharmonisan hubungan suami isteri. Lebih dari separuh kaum wanita di dalam suatu negara berpotensi mengalami gangguan fungsi seksual. Penggunaan metode kontrasepsi hormonal merupakan salah satu faktor risiko yang dapat memengaruhi kejadian disfungsi seksual pada penggunanya. Tujuan penelitiian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara penggunaan kontrasepsi suntik dengan kejadian disfungsi seksual menurut skoring FSFI pada akseptor kontrasepsi suntik di UPT Puskesmas II Kotabumi. Desain penelitian menggunakan metode analitik-korelatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional dengan teknik consequtive sampling. Penelitian dilakukan Oktober-November 2015 dengan 176 responden. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara penggunaan kontrasepsi suntik dengan kejadian disfungsi seksual dengan nilai p value= 0,000. Kata kunci: Disfungsi Seksual, Kontrasepsi Suntik ABSTRACT Sexual dysfunction in women is an important reproductive health issues as its relate to the continuity of a woman's reproductive function and influence on the harmony of marriage. More than half of women in a country may experience sexual dysfunction. Use of hormonal contraception method is one of the risk factors that may affect the incidence of sexual dysfunction in user. The aim of this study is to know the relationship between use of injected contraceptives to the incidence of sexual dysfunction by FSFI scoring at UPT Puskesmas II in Kotabumi. This study is analitic correlative with the cross sectional approach with consequtive sampling technique. The study was conducted in October-November 2015, with 176 respondents. Results of this research is there a significant association between the use of injectable contraceptives to the incidence of sexual dysfunction with p value = 0,000.
