Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Tujuan penelitian adalah mendiskripsikan hasil observasi : (1) pelaksanaan plan dalam lesson study (2) pelaksanaan do dalam lesson study (3) pelaksanaan see dalam lesson study (4)kompetensi pedagogik guru kimia. Penelitian menggunakan penelitian tindakan sekolah di SMA Negeri 2 Metro dengan subyek 4 guru model. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tindakan siklus I, siklus II dan siklus III melalui lesson study yang terdiri plan, do dan see. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah adanya peningkatan skor observasi siklus I, II dan III untuk : (1) pelaksanaan plan berturut-turut 46, 88 dan 96 (2) pelaksanaan do berturut-turut: 54, 83 dan 92 (3) pelaksanaan see berturut-turut: 58, 88 dan 96 Peningkatan skor kompetensi pedagogik guru model pada siklus I, siklus II dan siklus III : guru model 1: 50,2, 71.7 dan 89.4, guru model 2: 46.2, 74 dan 92.7, guru model 3: 51.4, 74 dan 89.7, guru model 4: 48.7, 74 dan 91. Validitas skor evaluasi hasil belajar siklus I, siklus II dan siklus III : guru model I : 0.454, 0.69 dan 0.838, guru model 2: 0.780,0.647 dan 0.652, guru model 3: 0.675, 0.668 dan 0.510, guru model 4: 0.541, 0.570 dan 0.414. Reliabilitas tes siklus I, siklus II dan siklus III: guru model 1 dan guru model 2: 0.72, 0.68 dan 0.82 sedangkan guru model 3 dan guru model 4: 0.88, 0.76 dan 0.87. Kata kunci: kompetensi pedagogik, lesson study, plan, do, see The purpose of this research are to describe: (1) implementation of plan in lesson study (2) implementation of do in lesson study (3) implementation of see in lesson study (4) chemistry teacher pedagogical competence. Research using school action research at Senior High School 2 Metro with the subject teacher 4 models. The collection of data is done using an instrument pedagogical competence. Measures the first cycle, second cycle and third cycle is done through lesson study consisting plan, do and see. Conclusion of the study was the increase in assessment scores, scores cycle 1, 2 3: (1) implementation of plan respectively 46 , 88 and 96 (2) implementation of do , respectively: 54 , 83 and 92 (3) implementation of see : 58 , 88 and 96.Improved model teacher pedagogical competence scores in the first cycle, second cycle and third cycle: model teacher 1: 50.2, 71.7 and 89.4, teachers model 2: 46.2, 74 and 92.7, teachers model 3: 51.4, 74 and 89.7, teacher model 4: 48.7, 74 and 91.Validity balanced evaluation of learning outcomes first cycle, second cycle and third cycle: teacher model I: 0.454, 0.69, and 0.838, the model teacher 2: 0.780, 0.647 and 0.652, teachers 3 models: 0.675, 0.668 and 0.510, the teacher model 4: 0.541, 0.570 and 0.414.
