Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mendeskripsikan perencanaan program pelatihan berbantuan komputer dengan tepat sasaran untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pengelola, 2) mendeskripsikan proses pelaksanaan pelatihan sesuai kebutuhan, 3) mendeskripsikan asesmen kegiatan pelatihan bagi pengelola BOS, 4) mendeskripsikan kemampuan pengelola BOS secara mandiri setelah kegiatan pelatihan berakhir. Penelitian dengan metode Tindakan Sekolah dilaksanakan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Tiga Banjar Negeri Way Lima Pesawaran. Data dikumpulkan melalaui observasi dan dokumentasi, serta dianalisis dengan diskritif kualitatif. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah : 1) Perencanaan dilakukan berdasarkan hasil analisis kebutuhan pelatihan, subjek tindakan memerlukan peningkatan kemampuan menggunakan Software alpeka_BOS_TS-11b pada Microsoft Excel, 2) Metode pelatihan dilakukan secara demontratif yang bertujuan mengoptimalkan media komputer 3) Assesmen dilakukan dengan tes pemahaman untuk setiap siklus, tes kemampuan dengan memperhatikan koreksi rajin tidaknya peserta mengikuti pelatihan, efisien waktu dan efektif tidaknya ke sasaran 4) Pelatihan pengelolan dana BOS menggunakan Software alpeka_BOS_TS-11b pada Microsoft Excel yang dapat merubah sikap dan perubahan melalui tes kerja bagi pengelola dana BOS. Kata kunci: Pelatihan berbantuan komputer, pengelola dana BOS This study aims to: 1) describe the planning of training programs Computer aided by targeted to improve the capabilities of a manager, 2) describe the training processes as needed, 3) describe the assessment of training activities for managing BOS, 4) describe the ability of a manager BOS independently after activity the training is over. Educational action research method implemented in the State Elementary School Three Way Lima Pesawaran Banjar State. Data were collected via tail observation and documentation, as well as analyzed by qualitative diskritif. The conclusions of this research are: 1) Planning is done based on the results of a training needs analysis, the subject of the action requires increased ability to use Software alpeka_BOS_TS-11b in Microsoft Excel, 2) training method is done demontratif which aims to optimize the computer media 3) Assessment carried out by the comprehension tests for each cycle, the test's ability to pay attention to whether the correction diligent participants attended the training, time efficient and effective or to target 4) training management of BOS funds using Software alpeka_BOS_TS-11b in Microsoft Excel to change attitudes and change through testing work for BOS fund manager.
