Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Kinerja non-finansial memiliki peran yang sangat penting karena karakteristik utama organisasi pemerintah adalah pelayanan publik, sehingga penggunaan pengukuran kinerja non-finansial dapat membantu pembuat keputusan di organisasi pemerintah dalam menilai bagaimana kinerja individu dalam organisasi pemerintah agar dapat memberikan kualitas pelayanan kepada publik. Dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dari sektor pendidikan, guru sangat memainkan peran yang besar dalam proses pendidikan, dalam pernyataan mantan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan R.I Fuad Hasan berpendapat bahwa, “ sebaik apapun kurikulum jika tidak dibarengi oleh kinerja guru yang berkualitas maka semuanya sia – sia.” Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana pengaruh penggunaan sistem pengukuran kinerja non finansial terhadap motivasi kerja, bagaimana pengaruh job tension terhadap motivasi kerja dan menjelaskan bagaimana pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian, penelitian ini dilakukan di intansi pemerintah yaitu Lembaga pendidkan. Dengan menggunakan 125 guru akuntansi di SMA dan SMK yang dijadikan responden, peneliti menganalisis data dengan menggunakan alat uji SPSS dan secara umum peneliti menemukan bahwa adanya job tension tidak selamanya akan menurunkan motivasi kerja tetapi bisa meningkatkan motivasi kerja sejalan dengan Teori Luthans yang menyatakan akan ada tingkat tertentu stress bisa meningkatkan motivasi kerja dan adanya sistem pengukuran kinerja akan meningkatkan motivasi kerja dan pada akhirnya peningkatan motivasi kerja akan meningkatkan kinerja guru akuntansi. Kata Kunci : Sistem Pengukuran kinerja Non Finansial, Job Tension, Motivasi Kerja dan Kinerja Guru Akuntansi. Non-financial performance has a very important role as the main characteristics of the government organization is a public service, so that the use of non-financial performance measurement can help decision-makers in government organizations in assessing how an individual's performance in government organizations in order to provide quality services to the public. In improving the quality of human resources of the education sector, teachers are very plays a major role in the educational process, in the statement of the former Minister of Education and Culture, Fuad Hasan found, "no matter how well the curriculum if not accompanied by the performance of qualified teachers then everything worth - drain . " This study aims to explain how the effects of the use of non-financial performance measurement system on work motivation, job tension how the influence on work motivation and explain how the effect of work motivation on employee performance. To achieve the research objectives, the study was conducted in government agencies, namely the Institute education. By using 125 accounting teacher at the high school and vocational school as respondents, the researchers analyzed the data by using SPSS and in general the researchers found that the job tension is not always going to decrease the motivation to work, but can increase the motivation to work in line with the theory Luthans stating there will be level certain stress can increase the motivation and the performance measurement system will improve motivation and ultimately increased motivation to work will improve teacher performance accounting.
