Abstrak

PERANCANGAN ALAT UKUR KADAR GULA PADA PRODUK PANGAN MENGGUNAKAN KARAKTERISTIK ELEKTRIK BERBASIS MIKROKONTROLER ATMEGA8535 - Telah direalisasikan alat ukur kadar gula menggunakan sensor kapasitor keping sejajar berbasis mikrokontroler ATMega8535. Tujuan penelitian adalah merancang dan merealisasikan alat pendeteksi kadar gula pada produk pangan. Desain penelitian dilakukan dengan meletakan sensor kapasitor keping sejajar sebagai masukan tegangan yang selanjutnya akan dikondisikan sinyal oleh jembatan wheatstone yang akan diteruskan ke Mikrokontroler ATMega 8535 dan ditampilkan di LCD. Hasil pengukuran yang dilakukan pada produk pangan menunjukan bahwa persentase kadar gula pada tepung terigu sebesar 4,77%, tepung tapioka 20,50%, tepung Maizenaku 16,46%, Tepung Ketan Putih 25,05%, Tepung Beras Putih 31,36%, Sagu 21,76%, dan Beras Merah 12,17%. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dan diperoleh standar deviasi berdasarkan perubahan tegangan sebesar 0,01 V dan berdasarkan persentase 0,2%. Kata Kunci: Kapasitor Keping Sejajar, Wheatstone, ATMega8535. DESIGN OF MEASURING INSTRUMENT OF SUGAR CONTENT IN FOOD PRODUCT USING CHARACTERISTIC OF ELECTRICAL MICROCONTROLLER BASED ATMEGA8535 - It has been realized a instrument measuring of sugar content using sensor chip capasitors parallel based on microcontroller ATMega8535. The research objective design and realize a detector sugar in food product. The design of study was conducted by placing the sensor chip capasitors parallel as input voltage, then the signal will be condition by the Wheatstone Bridge which will be forwarded to the microcontrollel ATMega8535 and displayed on the LCD. The result of measurements performed on the percentage of food product with sugar content of the flour by 4,77%, tapioca starch 20,50%, flour Maizeaku 16,46%, white glutinous rice flour 25,05%, white rice flour 31,36%, sago 21,76% and red rice 12,17%. The data were analyzed and obtained the standard deviation by the change of voltage 0,01 V and according of percentage 0,2 %. Keywords : Chip Capasitor parallel, Wheatstone, ATMega8535.
