Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kinerja Keuangan dan Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Food and Beverages yang terdaftar di BEI. Dalam penelitian ini, kinerja keuangan diukur dengan Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Operating Profit Margin (OPM) dan nilai perusahaan diukur dengan Tobin’s Q. Penelitian empiris ini menggunakan data sekunder berdasarkan pada teknik purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan diambil dari annual report periode 2011-2015 yang ada dalam website perusahaan dan BEI. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 9 perusahaan dengan 45 observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier model panel data dengan alat analisis Eviews 9. Hasil penelitian dengan analisis regresi model panel data menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Operating Profit Margin (OPM) dan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (Tobin’s Q), hasil uji t menunjukkan hanya variabel NPM yang mempunyai pengaruh signifikan dan berhubungan positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of financial performance and corporate social responsibility on firm value. This object of research is food and beverages companies. In this research, financial performance measured by Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Operating Profit Margin (OPM) and than firm value measured by Tobin’s Q. This research use secondary data based on purposive sampling method. Used data taken from annual report period 2011-2015 in the website companies and IDX. The sample of research are 9 companies with 45 observations. Data analysis consisted of multiple linear regression with panel data approach and used analytical tools Eviews 9.0. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Operating Profit Margin (OPM) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has a significant effect towards firm value of food and beverages companies. The results of this study indicate that partial the Net Profit Margin (NPM) have a positive influence and significant effect towards firm value of food and beverages companies.
