Abstract

Distribusi kumaraswamy-G adalah perluasan dari distribusi Kumaraswamy dengan dua parameter yaitu (α, β) dengan parameter α dan β merupakan parameter bentuk yang menunjukan bentuk dari kurva. Penduga dari parameter distribusi Kumaraswamy ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode pendugaan Probability Weighted Moment (PWM) Pada penelitian ini akan mengkaji tentang pendugaan parameter distribusi Kumaraswamy-G (α, β)dengan menggunakan metode Probability Weighted Moment. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh menunjukan bahwa penduga parameter (α,β) tidak bisa diselesaikan secara analitik karena masih mengandung nilai parameter. Oleh sebab itu, digunakan program R 3.3.2 dalam mencari nilai pendugaan tersebut. Kata kunci : Distribusi Kumaraswamy-G, Probability Weighted Moment (PWM), Newton-Raphson. ABSTRACT Kumaraswamy-G distribution is an extension of the Kumaraswamy distribution with two parameters (α, β) with the parameters α and β are form parameters that show the shape of the curve. The estimator of the Kumaraswamy distribution parameter was obtained by using the Probability Weighted Moment (PWM) estimation method. In this study, the estimation of the distribution parameter Kumaraswamy-G (α, β) was estimated using the Probability Weighted Moment method. Based on the results obtained shows that the parameter estimator (α, β) cannot be solved analytically because it still contains parameter values. Therefore, the R 3.3.2 program is used in finding the estimated value. Keywords: Kumarawamy Distribution, Probability Weighted Moment (PWM), Newton-Raphson.
