Abstrak

This study aims to evaluate the performance of teachers in the elementary schools in Learning in Natar South Lampung regency, specifically to analyze: (1) the school environment, the vision and the mission of the school, the support of the leadership in implementing learning and development of curriculum conducted at school, (2) the availability of facilities and infrastructure of learning, human resource competencies, educational qualifications and knowledge of teachers in learning, (3) the ability of teachers in designing of learning, implementing of learning and evaluation of learning, (4) the performance of the teacher in the learning outcomes of student learning. The population of the research were all teachers of high Indonesian Language subject of elementary school in Natar sub-district of South Lampung regency totaling 104 people. The samples taken were 25 people conducted by using purposive sampling technique. The data collection was taken by using observation guidance, test, questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis was performed by using quantitative descriptive analysis technique. The evaluation result showed that the performance of Primary School Teachers Learning in Natar District, South Lampung regency achieved good category with the acquisition 60.69 %. This was supported by the findings from: 1) Context Components of 68 % with good category. 2 ) Component Inputs of 62.6 % with good category 3 ) Process Components of 52.5 % with enough category, 4 ) Product Components of 59.68 with enough categories . Keywords : evaluation , learning, teacher performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar dalam Pembelajaran di Kecamatan Natar Kabupaten Lampung Selatan, yang secara khusus untuk menganalisis: (1) lingkungan sekolah, visi dan misi sekolah, dukungan pimpinan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan pengembangan kurikulum yang dilakukan di sekolah, (2) ketersediaan sarana dan prasaran pembelajaran, kompetensi SDM, kualifikasi pendidikan dan pengetahuan guru dalam pembelajaran, (3) kemampuan guru dalam merancang pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan evaluasi pembelajaran, (4) kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran yaitu hasil belajar siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu guru bahasa Indonesia kelas tinggi Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Natar kabupaten Lampung Selatan berjumlah 104 orang. Sampel 25 orang dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan pedoman observasi, tes, angket dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis diskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa kinerja guru sekolah dasar dalam pembelajaran di Kecamatan Natar Kabupaten Lampung Selatan mencapai kategori baik dengan perolehan nilai 60,69%. Hal ini didukung dengan temuan dari: 1) komponen context sebesar 68% dengan katagori baik. 2) Komponen input sebesar 62,6% dengan kategori baik 3) komponen process sebesar 52,5% dengan kategori cukup, dan 4) Komponen product; sebesar 59,68 kategori cukup. Kata Kunci : Evaluasi, Pembelajaran, Kinerja Guru.
