The problem of this research is how the relationship managerial competencies principals ability and achievement motivation with teacher performance in the management of learning in SD Gugus IV Kemiling Permai Bandar Lampung. The purpose of research is to find out how much the relationship managerial competencies principals (X1) with the learning management capabilities (Y), the relationship of achievement motivation of teachers (X2) to the teacher in the learning management (Y), the principal managerial capabilities relations (X1) with motivation outstanding teachers (X2), and the relationship managerial competencies principals (X1) and motivation berpresatasi (X2) with the performance of the teacher in the learning management (Y) in SD Gugusr IV Kemiling Permai Bandar Lampung. This research uses descriptive qualitative research design. The method used was a survey method. The study population was drawn from teachers in SD Gugus IV Kemiling Permai Bandar Lampung is SD N 1 Kemiling Permai, SD N 2 Kemiling Permai and SD N 3 Kemiling Permai and taken a sample of 64 teachers. The results showed that: (1) There is a positive and significant relationship between managerial competencies principals with teacher performance in the management of learning in SD Gugus IV Kemiling Permai Bandar Lampung classified as good (71.9%), (2) There is a positive and significant relationship between achievement motivation and performance management of teachers in teaching in SD Gugus IV Kemiling Permai Bandar Lampung is quite good (51.6%), (3) There is a positive and significant relationship between the principal managerial competence and achievement motivation are classified as good (83.9), (4) There is a positive and significant relationship between the principal managerial competence and achievement motivation in learning with teacher performance in the SD Gugus IV Kemiling Permai Bandar Lampung classified as good (53.9). Masalah penelitian ini adalah bagaimana hubungan kemampuan kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah dan motivasi berprestasi dengan kinerja guru dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran di SD Gugus IV Kemiling Permai Bandar Lampung. Tujuan penelitiannya adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar hubungan kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah (X1) dengan kemampuan pengelolaan pembelajaran (Y), hubungan motivasi berprestasi guru (X2) terhadap dengan guru dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran (Y), hubungan kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah (X1) dengan motivasi berprestasi guru (X2), dan hubungan kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah (X1) dan motivasi berpresatasi (X2) dengan kinerja guru dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran (Y) di Sekolah Dasar Gugus IV Kemiling Permai Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini mengunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey. Populasi penelitian diambil dari guru di SD Gugus IV Kemiling Permai Bandar Lampung yaitu SD N 1 Kemiling Permai, SD N 2 Kemiling Permai dan SD N 3 Kemiling Permai dan diambil sampel sebanyak 64 guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran di SD Gugus IV Kemiling Permai Bandar Lampung tergolong baik (71,9%), (2) Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara motivasi berprestasi dengan kinerja guru dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran di SD Gugus IV Kemiling Permai Bandar Lampung tergolong cukup baik (51,6%), (3) Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah dengan motivasi berprestasi tergolong baik (83,9), (4) Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah dan motivasi berprestasi dengan kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran di SD Gugus IV Kemiling Permai Bandar Lampung tergolong baik (53,9).
