Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
The purpose of this research are to know and to analyze the relations between : achievement motivation with teachers’ performance, teacher’s attitude with teacher’s performance, education quality with teachers' performance, Motivation of achievement teacher’s, attitude and to quality education with teacher’s performance of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Model Bandar Lampung. This quantitative research uses correlational approach. Data collecting techniques used in this research are questionnair and documentation. The Sample uses Slovin formula for 72 people from population 87 teacher’s. Data analysis is done by using Correlation and regression technique both traditional and double. Hypothesis testing is done with Product Moment Correlation and Double Correlation, which previously had been tested for normality and linearity. Result shows that, 1) There is a significant positive relationship between achievement motivation and teacher’s performance, it implies tha the better the achievement motivation of a teacher the better the performance of the teacher, 2) there is a significant positive relantionship between teacher’s attitude and teacher’s performance, means that the better the attitude of a teacher the better the performance of the teacher, 3) there is significant positive relationship between the quality of education with teacher’s performance. it implies that the better the quality of education of a teacher the better the teacher’s performance, 4) there is a significant positive relationship between achievement motivation., teacher’s attitudes and the quality of education together with teacher’s performance implies that the better the achievement motivation and attitudes of teacher the better the performance of the teacher. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menganalisis hubungan antara : motivasi berprestasi dengan kinerja guru, sikap guru dengan kinerja guru, mutu pendidikan dengan kinerja guru, motivasi berprestasi, sikap guru dan mutu pendidikan dengan kinerja guru Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Model Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin sebanyak 72 orang dari populasi 87 orang guru. Analisis data dan Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan korelasi Product Moment dan korelasi ganda, yang sebelumnya telah dilakukan uji normalitas dan linieritas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara motivasi berprestasi dengan kinerja guru, mengandung arti bahwa semakin baik motivasi berprestasi maka semakin baik pula kinerja seorang guru, 2) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara sikap guru dengan kinerja guru, mengandung arti bahwa semakin baik sikap maka semakin baik pula kinerja seorang guru, 3) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara mutu pendidikan dengan kinerja guru, mengandung arti bahwa semakin baik mutu pendidikan, maka semakin baik pula kinerja seorang guru, 4) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara motivasi berprestasi, sikap guru dan mutu pendidikan secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja guru, mengandung arti bahwa semakin baik motivasi berprestasi, sikap guru dan mutu pendidikan maka semakin baik pula kinerja seorang guru.
