Abstract
Education is a crucial factor in the society. Therefore, it needs some efforts to conduct the education well managed and systematic so that the process occurs at school can contribute to the increase of the society’s qualified life. Teacher’s performance as one of the components to judge the education quality needs attention.The facts indicate that teacher’s performance has not fulfilled the expectation. Although there are many variables that influence the teacher’s performance, it needs far the research about the factors which influence them. The research goal is to understand the influence of principal leadership, work motivation and school climate toward the teacher’ performance of state Junior High School Teachers in Sumberejo sub-district in Tanggamus Regency. This research was quantitative research by using associative approach. The data collecting technique used by using questionnaires. The population as many as 64 teachers, and the samples were 40 teachers by using propotional random sampling technique. The data analysis used simple linear regression equations and double linear regression equations. The research result showed that there was the over all influence of the principal leadership, work motivation and school climate toward teacher’s performance of state Junior High School in Sumberejo sub district in Tanggamus Regency.
