Abstrak

Bandar Lampung center is the city has an appeal to the movement of city community activities. Community activities reside and works in city, access the overall activities of the center goverment, education nor economy into one point travel communities in the city. Access of main roads that connect to city center direction of traffic occurring on Teuku Umar street – Raden Intan street and Kartini street– Teuku Umar street. Traffic jams often appears to occur in the way of this happening, congestion caused by traffic volume approaches the road capacity arises due to the high activity of society in meeting the necessities of life that happens in the big city. Congestion caused of high volume vehicles in the way would result in increased motorcycle vehicle emissions and cost of emission losses that occur on air pollution. This research was conducted to analyzed the magnitude of pollutants concertrations generated emissions of motorcycle vehicles in the city of Bandar Lampung with calculation methods of emissions using emission factors for loads of Indonesia as well as assessing level of damage cost emissions generated for reduction of greenhouse gas emissions (GRK). The survey was conducted during hour busy on Monday, Wednesday and Friday on the direction Teuku Umar street – Raden Intan street and Kartini street – Teuku Umar street. Factors substances polluters motorcycle vehicles in this study is limited to pollutants such as Carbon Monoxide (CO), Carbon Dioxide ( , Hydrocarbons (HC), Nitrogen Oxides (NOx), Particulates ( , Sulfur Dioxide ( , found in the content of motorcycle vehicle fuel. Based on a survey and analysis of calculation emissions load as well as the cost of the losses showed that dense traffic flow going in the direction of Teuku Umar street – Raden Intan street by generating larger volumes of vehicle and load the resulting emissions at the summit Monday. Note that the total volume of emissions factors affect the vehicle and load the resulting emissions. Losses that cost impact on the burden of emission amounts at that level also influence the load of emissions that occur per year in the city of Bandar Lampung.That the predicted losses caused by congestion which affects vehicle emissions within 1 year of Rp. 169.333.469.136 in 2014 and reached Rp. 525.924.051.729 in 2024. Pusat Kota Bandar Lampung merupakan kota yang memiliki daya tarik terhadap pergerakan aktifitas masyarakat kota. Aktifitas masyarakat bertempat tinggal dan bekerja di kota, mengakses kegiatan secara keseluruhan dari pusat pemerintahan, pendidikan maupun perekonomian yang menjadi satu titik perjalanan masyarakat di kota. Akses jalan utama yang menghubungkan ke pusat kota ini terjadi pada arah lalu lintas Jalan Teuku Umar - Raden Intan maupun Jalan Kartini - Teuku Umar. Kemacetan lalu lintas sering muncul terjadi dijalan ini, kemacetan terjadi diakibatkan oleh volume lalu lintas yang mendekati kapasitas jalan timbul dikarenakan tingginya aktifitas masyarakat dalam memenuhi kebutuhan hidup yang terjadi di kota besar. Kemacetan yang ditimbulkan tingginya volume kendaraan dijalan tentunya mengakibatkan peningkatan emisi kendaraan bermotor dan biaya kerugian emisi yang terjadi pada polusi udara. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis besarnya kosentrasi polutan yang dihasilkan emisi kendaraan bermotor di Kota Bandar Lampung dengan metode perhitungan beban emisi menggunakan faktor emisi Indonesia serta menilai tingkat kerugian biaya emisi yang dihasilkan untuk pengurangan Emisi Gas rumah Kaca (GRK). Survey yang dilakukan pada jam sibuk di hari Senin, Rabu dan Minggu pada arah Jalan Teuku Umar - Raden Intan dan Jalan Kartini – Teuku Umar. Faktor zat pencemar kendaraan bermotor dalam penelitian ini dibatasi pada polutan Karbon Monoksida (CO), Karbon Dioksida ( , Hidrokarbon (HC), Nitrogen Oksida (NOx), Partikulat ( , dan Sulfur Dioksida ( ) yang terdapat dalam kandungan bahan bakar kendaraan bermotor. Berdasarkan survey dan analisis perhitungan beban emisi serta biaya kerugian menunjukkan bahwa arus lalu lintas padat terjadi di arah Teuku Umar – Raden Intan dengan menghasilkan jumlah volume kendaraan lebih besar dan beban emisi yang dihasilkan pada puncak hari Senin. Diketahui bahwa jumlah volume kendaraan dan faktor emisi mempengaruhi beban emisi yang dihasilkan. Kerugian biaya yang berdampak pada beban emisi berpengaruh juga pada tingkat jumlah beban emisi yang terjadi per tahun di Kota Bandar Lampung. Bahwa diprediksikan kerugian diakibatkan oleh kemacetan yang berdampak pada emisi kendaraan dalam 1 tahun yaitu Rp. 169.333.469.136 pada tahun 2014 dan mencapai Rp. 525.924.051.729 pada tahun 2024.
