Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan implementasi manajamen kesiswaan dengan fokus penelitian 1) manajamen penerimaan peserta didik baru, (2) manajamen orientasi peserta didik baru, (3) manajamen pembinaan dan pengembangan di SDIT Muhammadiyah Gunung Terang. Metode penelitian yang diguanakan yakni pendekatan deskriktif kualitatif. Teknik pengengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observsi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan pola interaktif data dan berkelanjutan dengan sumber data kepala sekolah dan wakil kepala sekolah bidang kesiswaan. Hasil penelitian ini meliputi 1) Merencakan tindakan teknis dengan dibentuknya tim khusus, melaksanakan dua tahap yakni observasi anak dan observasi orang tua. 2) Perencanaan Masa Pengengalan Lingkungan Sekolah yakni menentukan jadwal MPLS dan menentukan tempat, membentuk tim kepanitiaan, Membuat jadwal pengenalan lingkungan sekolah, dan diawasi langsung oleh kepala SD IT dan kepala yayasan. 3) Memberi angket kepada orangtua untuk mengetahui kemampuan dasar anak, membentuk tim penanggung jawab untuk mengorganisasikan jadwal pembinaan. Kata kunci: Implementasi, Manajamen penerimaan, orientasi dan pembinaan serta pengembangan peserta didik baru ABSTRACT This study aims to describe and explain the implementation of student management, this research focus on 1) management acceptance of new students, (2) management orientation of new students, (3) management guidance and development. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collting techniques are carried out by observations, interviews and documentation. Data collecting technique used interactive and continuous data patterns with data sources for school principals and vice principals of student affairs. The results of this study include 1) Planning technical actions with the formation of a special team, carrying out two stages, namely child observation and observation of parents and working together with KUPT (Head of Technical Implementation Unit). 2) Planning for School Environment Inspection Period which is determining MPLS schedule and determining place, then forming committee team, Creating an introduction schedule for school environment, and supervising directly by the head of SD IT and the head of the foundation. 3) Giving questionnaires to parents to find out the basic abilities of children, form a team responsible for organizing coaching schedules which are divided into two teams namely national curriculum and Islam, Islamic spiritual development or Baris and formed by several kholaqoh or associations students for character building and for additional memorization and development of life skill activities.
