Abstract

ABSTRAK INDONESIA Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak kebijakan relokasi terhadap tingkat pendapatan pedagang kaki lima setelah dan sebelum relokasi, untuk mengetahui persepsi pedagang terhadap kebijakan relokasi dan untuk mengetahui kualitas implementasi kebijakan relokasi berpengaruh positif terhadap perkembangan pendapatan pedagang kaki lima di kota bandar lampung.Model persamaan analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji dua beda rata-rata dan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil menunjukan bahwa ada perbedaan pendapatan pedagang kaki lima setelah dan sebelum adanya kebijakan relokasi. Artinya rata-rata pendapatan pedagang kaki lima setelah relokasi tidak sama dengan pendapatan sebelum relokasi. Untuk persepsi masyarakat: hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kebijakan relokasi pedagang kaki lima tidak sepenuhnya melibatkan masyarakat. Dengan demikian pemerintah kota hanya melakukan kebijakan sepihak. sehingga ada pihak yang dirugikan dari kebijakan relokasi tersebut yaitu para pedagang kaki lima. Berdasarkan perhitungan regresi linier sederhana berarti korelasi antara variabel x dengan y adalah sebesar 0,070. karena nilai signifikansi 0.593 > 0.05 maka tidak dapat digunakan untuk prediksi. Jadi bisa disimpulkan bahwa persamaan garis regresinya adalah: y=2,400 + 0,261 x Kata Kunci: Kebijakan Relokasi, Kualitas Implementasi, Perkembangan Pendapatan Pedagang Kaki Lima. ABSTRAK BAHASA INGGRIS The purpose of this study was to determine relocation policies impact on the level income and street vendors after before relocation, To knowing perception merchants against relocation policy and policy implementation to find quality relocation a positive effect on revenue growth hawkers in the city of bandar lampung.model equation analysis used in this study are two different test average and simple linear regression. The results show that there are differences in income vendors before and after the policy relocation. Average income hawkers after relocation is not the same as income before relocation. For public perception: the results showed that the street vendor relocation policy does not fully engage the community. Thus the city only did the policy unilaterally. So that the aggrieved party of the relocation policy that the street vendors. Calculations based on simple linear regression mean correlation between variables x and y is equal to 0.070. Since the significance value 0.593> 0.05 then can not be used for prediction. So it can be concluded that the equation of the regression line is: Y = 2.400 + 0.261 X Keywords: Relocation Policy, Quality Implementation, Development Revenue hawkers.
