Abstrak

ABSTRAK PERILAKU TOKOH YANG ‘HASANAH’ DALAM NOVEL “AYAT-AYA T CINTA” KARYA HABIBURRAHMAN EL SHIRAZY DAN IMPLIKASINYA DENGAN PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER DALAM PEMBELAJARAN SASTRA DI SMA Oleh PAINGAN Permasalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pe rilaku, struktur kepribadian, dinamika perkembangan kepribadian, dan perilaku tok oh yang ‘hasanah’ dalam novel ‘Ayat-Ayat Cinta’ karya Habiburrahman EL Shir azy dan implikasinya dengan pendidikan karakter dalam pembelajaran sastr a di SMA. Penelitian ini ber- tujuan mendeskripsikan perilaku, struktur kepribadi an, dinamika perkembangan kepribadian, dan perilaku tokoh yang hasanah (baik) dalam novel ‘Ayat-Ayat Cinta’ karya Habiburrahman EL Shirazy dan implikasinya de ngan pendidikan karakter dalam pembelajaran sastra di SMA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualit atif dengan teknik studi teks, menafsirkan teks dan studi pustaka. Sumber data pen elitian ini adalah Novel Ayat- Ayat Cinta karya Habiburrahman El Shirazy. Hasil penelitian m enunjukkan t okoh Fahri berperilaku jujur , istiqamah, amanah, iman dan taqwa, berhati lembut, setia kawan, tekun, dan ulet, sabar, tawakal , t aat (rajin, disiplin, dan konsekuen), qanaah , dan tawadhu . Tokoh Aisha berperilaku jujur, iman dan takwa, rendah diri dalam berdoa, tawadhu, amanah, tahajud, serta syukur. Tokoh Maria berperilaku jujur, ikhlas (berhati malaikat), rela hati, rela berkorban, dan malu. Tokoh Nurul Azkiya berperilaku jujur, dan amanah ( dapat dipercaya). Tokoh Noura berperilaku iman dan takwa, kejujuran, tanggu ng jawab atas kesalahannya. � Berdasarkan hasil analisis perilaku tokoh utama dan tokoh pembantu dalam novel Ayat-Ayat Cinta , perilaku tokoh yang hasanah implikasinya dengan p endidikan karakter dalam pembelajaran sastra di SMA. Hal ters ebut tercermin pada nilai jujur, religius, displin, toleransi, tanggung jawab , peduli sosial. Perilaku tersebut dapat dijadikan teladan untuk para siswa dan diamal kan dalam kehidupan sehari- hari karena berkaitan dengan permasalahan hidup yan g dialami oleh setiap manusia. Kata kunci : perilaku tokoh, hasanah, pembelajaran sastra SMA � ABSTRACT BEHAVIOR CHARACTERS ‘HASANAH’ IN THE NOVEL "AYAT-AY AT CINTA" WRITTEN BY HABIBURRAHMAN EL SHIRAZY AND ITS IMPLICATION TO CHARACTER EDUCATION IN LEARNING LITERATURE IN A SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL By: PAINGAN The problem in this study was how the behavior, per sonality structure, dynamics of personality development, and behavior of the mai n character that hasanah (trustworthy) in the novel "Ayat-Ayat Cinta" writte n by Habiburrahman El Shirazy and its relevance to character education in learning literature in a high school. This study aimed to describe the behavior, personality structure, dynamics of personality development, and behavior of the mai n character that hasanah (kind) in the novel "Ayat-Ayat Cinta" written by Ha biburrahman El Shirazy and its relevance to character education in learning li terature in a high school. This study used a qualitative descriptive method wi th study texts technique, interpreting texts and literature. The data source of this study was Ayat-Ayat Cinta Novel written by Habiburrahman El Shirazy. The resu lts showed that Fahri figure behaves honestly, istiqomah, trust, faith and godly , soft-hearted, loyal, diligent, tenacious, patient, resignation, obedient (diligent , disciplined and consistent), qanaah , and tawadhu . Aisha character behaves honesty, faith and godly, low self- esteem in prayer, tawadhu , trustworthy, tahajud, and gratitude. Maria charac ter behaves with honesty, sincerity (to be angels), a w illing heart, willing to sacrifice, and timid. Nurul Azkiya figure behaves honest and t rustworthy (reliable). Noura figure behaves faith and godly, honesty, responsibi lity for her mistakes. Based on the analysis results of the behavior of main charac ter in the novel Ayat-Ayat Cinta, there was a relevance of behavior figures th at hasanah to character education in learning literature in a high school. It was reflected in the value of honesty, religious, discipline, tolerance, responsi bility, and social care. Such of behavior can be as exemplary for the students and b e carried in daily life as it relates to the problems of life experienced by ever y human being.
