Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Problem of this research are whether : 1) there is a positive and significant of the principal’s supervice leadershipstyle toward elementary school teachers’ performance in Kecamatan Bangunrejo, 2) there is a positive influence and significant of an achievement motivation toward elementary school teachers’ in Kecamatan Bangunrejo, 3) there is a positive influence and significant of school climate toward elementary school teachers’ in Kecamatan Bangunrejo, 4) to know positive influence and significant of the principal supervice leaderchip style, achievement motivation , and school climate alltogether toward elementary school teachers’ performance in Kecamatan Bangunrejo Lampung Tengah. The research is a descriptive research by using method of suvey. Research population are PNS teachers of elementary school in Kecamatan Bangunrejo Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Samples were taken counted 95 people who were taken by using proprortional random sampling from 380 teachers. The Variabble which is analyzed are principal’s supervice leadershipstyle (X1), achievement motivation (X2), school climate (X3), and teacher s’ especially elementary school teacher’s in Kecamatan Bangunrejo (Y). These datas were taken by using the iguette and likert scale, then anlyzed by using descriptive statistic and infrential. The conclusions of this research are :1) there is a positive had influence and significant of the principal’s supervice leadership style toward elementary school teachers’ koefesien b = 0,534 and konstanta a = 31,159, 2) there is a positive influence and significant of the achievement motivation toward elementary school teachers’ koefisein b = 0,602 and konstanta a = 26,276, 3) there is a positive influence and significant of the principal’s school climate toward elementary school teachers’ koefisien b = 0,552 and konstanta a = 30,184, 4) these is a positive influence and significant of the principal’s taken by supervice leadershipstyle, achievement motivation , school climate . and teacher s’ especially altogether toward elementary school teacher’s koefesien b = 0,921, and kontanta a = 63,979. Kata kunci : Persepsi supervice leadershipstyle = 0,543 , achievement motivation = 0,602, and persepsi school climate = 0,552 , and teachers’ performance Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah:1) apakah terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SD se-Kecamatan Bangunrejo , 2) apakah terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri se-Kecamatan Bangunrejo , 3) apakah terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan iklim sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri se-Kecamatan Bangunrejo ,4) apakah terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan supervisi kepala sekolah, motivasi berprestasi,dan iklim sekolah baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri se- Kecamatan Bangunrejo Lampung Tengah Penelitian ini termasuk penelitan survey. Populasi yang dijangkau adalah seluruh guru SD Negeri se-Kecamatan Bangunrejo Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 95 orang yang ditetapkan secara proportional random sampling dari populasi yang berjumlah 380 orang guru. Variabel yang diteliti adalah supervisi kepala sekolah (X1), motivasi berprestasi (X2), iklim sekolah (X3),dan kinerja guru SD Negeri se-Kecamatan Bangunrejo Kabupaten Lampung Tengah (Y). Data penelitian diambil menggunakan angket dengan skala likert, selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan uji t dan menggunakan korelasi sederhana dan ganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat pengaruh signifikan supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, dengan koefesien b= 0,534 dan konstanta a=31,159 pada konstanta 31,159), 2) terdapat pengaruh signifikan motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja guru, dengan koefesien b= 0,602 dan konstanta a=26,276 3) terdapat pengaruh signifikan iklim kerja sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, dengan koefesien b= 0,552 dan konstanta a=30,184 , 4) terdapat pengaruh signifikan supervisi kepala sekolah , motivasi berprestasi, dan iklim kerja sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru, dengan koefesien b = 0,921 pada konstanta 63,379 Kata kunci : Persepsi Supervisi kepala sekolah = 0,543 , motivasi berprestasi = 0,602,dan persepsi iklim sekolah = 0,552 dan kinerja guru.
