Abstrak

ABSTRAK Hasil belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran ARIAS dan Inkuiri Ilmiah Teknik Pictorial Riddle. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) perbedaan antara rata-rata hasil belajar fisika siswa yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran ARIAS dengan Inkuiri Ilmiah Teknik Pictorial Riddle; (2) rata-rata hasil belajar fisika siswa yang lebih tinggi antara model pembelajaran ARIAS dengan Inkuiri Ilmiah Teknik Pictorial Riddle. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2012/2013 di SMAN 13 Bandarlampung dan sampelnya adalah siswa kelas XI IPA2 dan XI IPA1 yang berjumlah 80 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah dengan cara cluster random sampling. Desain penelitian ini adalah One-Shot Case Study. Data hasil belajar diperoleh dari nilai rata-rata tes hasil belajar. Data dianalisis menggunakan independent sample t test. Hasil analisis data dengan rata-rata nilai hasil belajar pada kelas ARIAS sebesar 64,39 sedangkan pada kelas Inkuiri Ilmiah Teknik Pictorial Riddle sebesar 74,91. Sehingga diperoleh kesimpulan: (1) Ada perbedaan antara rata-rata hasil belajar fisika siswa yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran ARIAS dengan Inkuiri Ilmiah Teknik Pictorial Riddle; (2) Rata-rata hasil belajar fisika siswa yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran ARIAS lebih rendah daripada rata-rata hasil belajar fisika siswa yang diajar mengggunakan model pembelajaran Inkuiri Ilmiah Teknik Pictorial Riddle. This research has been carried out in the second semester of the school year 2012/2013 in SMAN 13 Bandarlampung and the sample is class XI IPA2 and XI IPA1 totaling 80 students. The sampling technique used is cluster random sampling. The design of this study is the One-Shot Case Study. Learning outcomes data obtained from the average achievement test. Data were analyzed using independent sample t test. The results of the analysis of data with an average value of learning outcomes in the classroom ARIAS at 64.39 while the Pictorial Technique of Scientific Inquiry class Riddle of 74.91. Thus be concluded: (1) There is a difference between the average yield learning physics students taught using inquiry learning model ARIAS with Scientific Techniques Pictorial Riddle, (2) Average yield learning physics students taught using learning model ARIAS lower than the average learning outcomes of students who were taught physics use traditional learning model Pictorial Riddle Engineering Scientific Inquiry.
