Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pengalaman kerja, independensi, objektivitas, integritas, dan risiko kesalahan terhadap kualitas hasil pemeriksaan pada Inspektorat Kabupaten/Kota dan Provinsi di Lampung. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini didapat dengan menggunakan metode survei kuesioner. Analisis data yang didapatkan melalui metode survei kuesioner dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel pengalaman kerja dan objektivitas secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas hasil pemeriksaan, sedangkan variabel risiko kesalahan berpengaruh negatif terhadap kualitas hasil pemeriksaan. Namun untuk variabel independensi dan integritas tidak berpengaruh terhadap kualitas hasil pemeriksaan. Diharapkan penelitian selanjutnya dapat menggunakan variabel independen lain dalam melihat faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kualitas hasil pemeriksaan seperti etika, insentif, dan tekanan kerja sehingga dapat memperkaya topik penelitian. Serta diharapkan juga penelitian selanjutnya dapat menambah jumlah sampel yang diteliti dengan memperluas lokasi penelitian sehingga hasil penelitian memiliki daya generalisasi yang lebih tinggi. Kata kunci: Pengalaman Kerja, Independensi, Objektivitas, Integritas, Risiko Kesalahan, dan Kualitas Hasil Pemeriksaan ABSTRACT This study aimed to examine the effect of work experience, independence, objectivity, integrity, and the risk of errors on the quality inspection results of the Inspectorate of District/City and Province in Lampung. The data used in this study was obtained by using questionnaires distribution. The analysis of data obtained through the questionnaires was then conducted by using multiple regression analysis method. The results showed that the variables of work experience and objectivity partially have a positive effect on the quality of the inspection results, while the error risk variables have a negative effect on the quality of inspection results. However, the independence and integrity variables do not have any effect on the quality of inspection results. Future research may use other independent variables as the factors that affect the quality of inspection results; such as ethics, incentives, and the working pressure; in order to enrich the research topic. Further research is also expected to increase the number of research samples by extending the research places, so that the results can be more generalize the findings.
