Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, biaya pendidikan, dan lokasi sekolah terhadap keputusan siswa dengan memperhatikan kepuasan siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 8 Bandar Lampung dengan jumlah sebanyak 390 siswa dan sampel sebanyak 197 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Teknik analisis menggunakan Regresi Linear dan Path Analysis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, biaya pendidikan, lokasi sekolah dan kepuasan siswa terhadap keputusan siswa memilih sekolah. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh Fhitung 90,286 > Ftabel 2,42 dengan kadar determinasi sebesar (R2 ) 0,653 yang berarti keputusan memilih sekolah dipengaruhi oleh variabel kualitas pelayanan, biaya pendidikan, lokasi sekolah, dan kepuasan siswa sebesar 65,3% dan sisanya sebesar 34,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Biaya Pendidikan, Lokasi Sekolah, Kepuasan siswa dan Keputusan Siswa This research aims to determine the effect of service quality, education cost and school location on student decision to choose school by student satisfaction. The research method used in this research is descriptive verification method with ex post facto and survey approach. This population in this research is all students first grade in VHS 8 Bandar Lampung which amounted to 390 students and a sample of 197 respondents. Data collection was done by using quistionnaire of analysis technique by using linear regression and path analysis. The results showed that there is a significant effect of service quality, education cost, school location and student satisfacion to student decision to choose school. That analysis showed Fcount 90,286 > Ftable 2,42 with determination is (R2 ) about 0,653 which means choose a school is influnced by any variables of service quality, education cost, school location and student satisfaction of 65,3% and the remaining 34,7% is influenced by the other factors not examined in this research.
