Abstrak

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan tentang peran Bantuan Operasional Sekolah Daerah (BOSDA) dalam perluasan akses pendidikan di SMK Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian Kepala Sekolah, Bendahara BOSDA Sekolah, Tenaga Pendidik dan Peserta Didik Kelas XI Penerima BOSDA. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi sedangkan analisis data menggunakan uji kredibilitas dengan kritik sumber dan triangulasi. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran program BOSDA dalam perluasan akses pendidikan di SMK Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung telah dilaksanakan dengan baik, seperti memberikan upaya mengenyam pendidikan bagi peserta didik tidak mampu di SMK Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung dengan membebaskan biaya SPP, pembelian dan penggandaan paket buku pelajaran, kegiatan ekstraikurikuler dan program bimbel/les bagi peserta didik tidak mampu, serta membantu operasional pembelajaran dengan melengkapi alat dan bahan praktik. Ditunjukkan dengan ketercapaian program BOSDA Sekolah sesuai sasaran, tujuan dan keefektifan serta efisien berjalannya program dengan mengedepankan persamaan dan keadilan tanpa diskriminasi dalam mengakses pendidikan terhadap peserta didik tidak mampu di lingkungan SMK Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung. Kata Kunci: Peran, Program BOSDA, Perluasan Akses Pendidikan ABSTRACT ROLE OF REGIONAL SCHOOL OPERATIONAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (BOSDA) IN EXPANDING ACCESS TO EDUCATION AT SMK NEGERI 1 BANDAR LAMPUNG By Neillisa Regga Syahputri The purpose of this research is to describe the role of regional School Operations Assistance (BOSDA) in the expansion of access to education in SMK Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung. The research method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive with the subject of the principal's research, the treasurer of BOSDA School, the educators and learners of classes XI BOSDA receivers. Data collection techniques using interviews, observations, and documentation while analyzing data using credibility tests with source criticism and triangulation. The results of this research showed that the role of BOSDA program in the expansion of access to education in SMK Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung has been implemented properly, such as giving educational efforts for poor students to be able getting appropriate facilities at SMK Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung by freeing up the cost of SPP, purchasing and copying textbooks, activities and programmes for learners who can not afford, and to assist with the operation of learning by equipping the tools and materials of practice. The data showed that the achievement of the school BOSDA program in accordance with the objectives is demonstrated, moreover, to build up the objectives effectiveness and efficiency of the program is by advancing equality and fairness without discrimination in accessing education of learners who are not able to Environment of SMK Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung.
