Abstract
The aim of this research were to find out the formulation inheritance to know a genotype of the n-th generation in trihybrid crosses with controlled parent genotype and analyzed by applying diagonalization of matrix. Matrix diagonalization application take it easier to find out inheritance genotype of the n-th generation in trihybrid to obtain superior offspring compared with cross it one by one which requires a lot of time and cost. Based on analysis, an equation for the probability of inheritance being obtained 27 genotype of the n-th generation and the resulting offspring in infinite generation are likely to have TTKKBB genotype.
