Abstract
PLS method is a statistical approach to maximize the variance of the endogenous latent variable that can be explained by the exogenous latent variable. PLS method is an alternative method to the covariance-based SEM method. The advantages of PLS are that it is nonparametric or doesn’t need various assumptions and can work efficiently with small sample size and complex models. The purpose of this research is to estimate the model with PLS method.
