Peran humas dalam sebuah perusahaan adalah membangun citra positif serta menjadi jembatan informasi dari perusahaan kepada publiknya. Seorang humas dapat membangun hubungan baik dengan publik melalui kegiatan penyebaran informasi seperti publikasi melalui media sosial, hal ini dilakukan agar publik dapat berkecukupan menerima informasi mengenai perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran humas PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Distribusi Lampung dalam publikasi program keamanan dan keselamatan kerja bidang K3L. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Hasil penulisan ini menunjukkan bahwa humas memiliki peran yang sangat besar dalam mendukung program kerja bidang K3L PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Distribusi Lampung. Publikasi menggunakan media sosial memungkinkan terjadinya interaksi dua arah antara perusahaan dengan publik, informasi dapat diberikan secara realtime serta menjangkau semua cakupan. Kata Kunci : Peran Humas, Publikasi, Media Sosial ABSTRACT The role of public relations in a company is to build a positive image and be a bridge of information from the company to the public. A public relations officer can build good relations with the public through information dissemination activities such as publications through social media, this is so that the public can receive sufficient information about the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the public relations role of PT PLN (Persero) Lampung Distribution Parent Unit in the safety and security publication program in the field of K3L. Methods of data collection in the form of observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The results of this paper indicate that public relations has a very large role in supporting the work program in the field of K3L PT PLN (Persero) Lampung Main Distribution Unit. Publication using social media allows two-way interaction between the company and the public, information can be provided in real time and reaches all scopes.
