Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar perbandingan model latihan peregangan statis dan model peregangan dinamis serta model latihan mana yang lebih efektif terhadap fleksibilitas siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 7 kotabumi tahun ajaran 2012 – 2013. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen. Sebagai populasi pada perbandingan model pereganagan statis dan model peregangan dinamis terhadap fleksibilitas siswa SMP Negeri 7 Kotabumi kelas VIII, dan diambil sampel sebanyak 30 siswa menggunakan teknik random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes hasil fleksibilitas. Sedangkan teknik analisis data dari hasil tes awal dan tes akhir model latihan peregangan statis dan model latihan peregangan dinamis menggunakan teknik analisa varians tunggal ( analisis of variant / one aways anova ). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: bahwa adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara model latihan peregangan statis dan model latihan peregangan dinamis terhadap siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 7 Kotabumi dengan analisis yang dilakukan terhadap tes awal dan tes akhir kelompok model latihan peregangan ststis, model latihan peregangan dinamis. Pada model latihan peregangan statis didapat thitung 8,765 yang lebih besar dari ttabel = 2,042 yang berarti tolak hipotesis nol ( H0 ) sehingga ada pengaruh model latihan peregangan statis terhadap fleksibilitas siswa. Pada model latihan peregangan dinamis didapat thitung 3,041 poin yang lebih besar dari ttabel = 2,042 maka tolak hipotesis nol ( H0 ) sehingga ada pengaruh model peregangan dimanis terhadap fleksibilitas siswa. Sedangkan pada analisis perbedaan tes akhir kelompok model latihan peregangan statis dan model latihan peregangan dinamis didapat thitung 3,041 yang lebih besar dari ttabel = 2,042 sehingga ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelompok model latihan peregangan statis dan model latihan peregangan dinamis terhadap fleksibilitas siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 7 kotabumi. Kata kunci: Pergangan Statis, Dinamis Terhadap Fleksibilitas This study aims to determine how big the model comparison exercise static stretching and dynamic stretching models as well as models which are more effective exercises for flexibility eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 7 kotabumi school year 2012-2013 The method used in this study is experimental . As the population in comparison stretching models static and dynamic stretching on flexibility of the model students of SMP Negeri 7 Kotabumi eighth grade , and a sample of 30 students drawn using random sampling techniques . Data collection techniques using test results versatility . While the techniques of data analysis of the results of the initial test and final test models of static stretching exercises and stretching exercises dynamic models using a single variance analysis techniques ( analysis of variants / one aways ANOVA ) . The results showed : that there is significant static stretching exercises between the model and the model of dynamic stretching exercises to eighth grade students at SMP Negeri 7 Kotabumi with analyzes done on the initial test and final test group stretching exercises ststis models , models of dynamic stretching exercises . In the model of static stretching exercises of t obtained 8.765 which is greater than table = 2.042 which means reject the null hypothesis ( H0 ) that there is an influence model of static stretching exercises for flexibility students . In the model of dynamic stretching exercises gained 3,041 points of t greater than t table = 2.042 , then reject the null hypothesis ( H0 ) that there is the influence of the model to the flexibility stretching dynamic students . While the analysis of group differences in final test models of static stretching exercises and dynamic stretching exercises derived models of t greater than 3,041 table = 2.042 so that there is a significant difference between the group practice model of static stretching and dynamic models stretching exercises for flexibility eighth grade students at Junior High School 7 kotabumi .
