Abstract
Lampung provincial government has managed to do the election of regional heads of Lampung’s governor in the year of 2014-2019 although in the implementation process occurs resignation of time and a bit of barriers, but the general elections of regional heads of Lampung’s governor has succeeded. Ridho-Bachtiar pair elected as the new governor of Lampung and replace Syahrudin ZP as the governor for two periods. Ridho-Bachtiar were able to defeat their competitors which is actually are the experienced politicians in the government. It is not easy for the couple to compete in the general election. Rido is the youngest governor candidate who managed to occupy the lampung governor's seat in 2014. Based on the research found that : 1) Ridho-Bachtiar have a larger campaign funds of each candidate so that in this campaign, they have the advantages in logistics. 2) age factors can influence in Ridho-Bachtiar’s campaign because they success to pick up the sound of young voters with using organization deliberately formed by a team to lead to the voters. 3) ethnic factor now does not have special effect in the eyes of voters. 4) many campaigns are deployed to the people and make direct contact with the activities of the people is supporting factors in the victory of the candidate, and it is not a major factor of victory but needs a lot of funds logistics and a good track record on society.
