ABSTRAK PENGARUH TOXIC TRIANGLE TERHADAP EFIKASI DIRI GENERASI Z Oleh Basri Wijaya Pakpahan Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh toxic triangle terhadap self efficacy Generasi Z. Toxic Triangle sebagai trilogi yang terdiri dari abusive supervision, susceptible followers, dan conducive environment yang menjadi variabel independen yang merupakan satu lingkaran yang menciptakan situasi toxic atau beracun di dalam organisasi atau perusahaan. Dengan melakukan penelitian terhadap 400 Generasi Z secara purposive dengan menganalisis data secara regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa 1) terdapat hubungan negatif antara abusive supervision terhadap efikasi diri Generasi Z ; 2) tidak terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan antara susceptible followers (colluder dan conformer) terhadap efikasi diri ; 3) conducive environment tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap efikasi diri Generasi Z ; 4) secara simultan, variabel toxic triangle memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap efikasi diri Generasi Z. Sehingga berdasarkan penelitian ini, perlu adanya penetapan SOP dan monitoring yang jelas dan terukur untuk menghindari terciptanya siklus toxic triangle di dalam organisasi. Kata kunci : Abusive Supervision, Susceptible Followers, Conducive Environment, Efikasi-Diri,Generasi Z ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF TOXIC TRIANGLE ON SELF-EFFICIENCY GENERATION Z Beyond Basri Wijaya Pakpahan This study aims to determine the effect of the toxic triangle on the self-efficacy of Generation Z. Toxic Triangle as a trilogy consisting of abusive supervision, susceptible followers, and conducive environment which are independent variables which are a circle that creates toxic or toxic situations in the organization or company. By conducting research on 400 Generation Z purposively by analyzing the data using multiple regression. The results of this study reveal that 1) there is a negative relationship between abusive supervision on Generation Z's self-efficacy; 2) there is no significant effect between susceptible followers (colluder and conformer) on self-efficacy; 3) conducive environment has no influence on Generation Z's self-efficacy; 4) Simultaneously, the toxic triangle variable has a negative influence on Generation Z's self-efficacy. So based on this study, it is necessary to establish clear and measurable SOPs and monitoring to avoid the creation of a toxic triangle cycle within the organization.
