Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
ABSTRAK Lansia merupakan seorang dewasa sehat yang mengalami proses perubahan menjadi seorang yang lemah dan rentan. Keberadaan lansia seringkali dipersepsikan secara negatif, dianggap sebagai beban keluarga dan masyarakat sekitarnya serta dianggap sebagai individu yang tidak mandiri. Kemandirian pada lansia dinilai dari kemampuannya untuk melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan status gizi dan hipertensi terhadap tingkat kemandirian lansia di posyandu lansia Puskesmas Kedaton. Desain penelitian ini adalah analitik observasional dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi berjumlah 202 orang dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 76 orang. Teknik pengambil sampel dengan menggunakan metode stratified random sampling. Penelitian dilakukan di posyandu lansia Puskesmas Kedaton. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara status gizi dengan tingkat kemandirian dengan nilai p=0,039 (p<0,05). Terdapat hubungan anatara hipertensi dengan tingkat kemandirian dengan nilai p=0,002 (p<0,05) dan dengan Odd Rasio 4,69. Berdasarkan penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara status gizi dan hipertensi terhadap tingkat kemandirian lansia di posyandu lansia Puskesmas Kedaton. The existence of elderly often perceived negatively, regarded as a burden in families and community also considered as individuals who are not independent. Independence of the elderly valued by their ability to perform activities of daily living. This study aimed to determine the correlation between nutritional status and hypertension with independence of elderly in elderly community health care in Kedaton Health Center. This study was observational analytic cross sectional design, involving 76 subjects with stratified random sampling methods. Research was conducted in elderly community health care in Kedaton Health Center. In this study, we found, there are correlation between nutritional status and independence of elderly with p value=0,039 (p<0,05). There are correlation between hypertension and independence with p value=0,002 (p<0,05) and Odd Ratio 4,69. Based on research, can be concluded there are significant correlation between nutritional status and hypertension with independence of elderly in elderly community health care in Kedaton Health Center.
