Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan memetakan sebaran kebutuhan guru geogarfi di Kabupaten Way Kanan Provinsi Lampung tahun 2013. Mendeskripsikan sebaran kebutuhan guru geografi di Kabupaten Way Kanan Provinsi Lampung tahun 2013. Mendapatkan informasi tentang latar belakang pendidikan guru geografi di setiap SMA di Kabupaten Way Kanan Provinsi Lampung tahun 2013. Sebaran guru geografi yang sesuai dengan jumlah yang dibutuhkan di Kabupaten Way Kanan tahun 2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Objek penelitian seluruh Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) di Kabupaten Way Kanan yaitu berjumlah 32 sekolahan dan memiliki 29 orang guru geografi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah memberi informasi bahwa persebaran guru tiap wilayah di Kabupaten Way Kanan masih kurang merata di wilayah Timur masih terdapat kekurangan guru geografi berjumlah 5 orang guru geografi dibandingkan dengan wilayah Utara, Tengah, dan Selatan tidak mengalami kekurangan guru (cukup), sedangkan di wilayah Barat mengalami kelebihan guru sebanyak 5 orang guru geografi. Secara keseluruhan kebutuhan guru geografi adalah 7 orang guru geografi dan berdasarkan status kepegawaiannya kebutuhan guru geografi sebanyak 15 orang guru geografi. Berdasarkan latar belakang pendidikannya kebutuhan guru di Kabupaten Way Kanan sebanyak 10 orang guru geografi yang lulusan S1 Pendidikan Geografi. Dari hasil penelitian, dapat dinyatakan bahwa sebaran guru geografi SMA di Kabupaten Way Kanan Provinsi Lampung Tahun 2013 kurang merata dan tidak sesuai dengan jumlah guru yang dibutuhkan pada setiap SMA di Kabupaten Way Kanan Provinsi Lampung tahun 2013. Distribution of geography teachers in accordance with the amount needed in the district in 2013. The Right Way this study used a descriptive method . The object of research throughout high school ( SMA ) in the District Right Way that are 32 schools and has 29 teachers of geography . Data was collected by means of questionnaires and documentation . The result of this study is to provide information that the distribution of teachers in the district of each region is still uneven Right Way East region is still a shortage of teachers of geography amounts to 5 teachers of geography than in North, Central , South and there was no shortage of teachers ( enough ) , whereas in Western region had excess teachers as much as 5 teachers of geography . Overall needs geography teacher is 7 geography teacher and based on the employment needs of as many as 15 people geography teacher geography teacher . Based on the needs of teachers' educational background in the Right Way district as much as 10 teachers who graduate S1 geography Geography Education . From the results, it can be stated that the distribution of high school geography teacher in the District Right Way Lampung Province in 2013 was uneven and not according to the number of teachers needed in every high school in the District Right Way Lampung Province in 2013 .
